Paid company for order in advance for parts to be delivered, only to receive just qty 3 of 10 that were ordered. They said the remainder were no longer available and offered another type of part for several times the cost and will not respond to requests for our refund for the parts we never received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We placed 1st order to this company in summer of 2023 and received the componenets as orderd so 1st experience was satifactory. However, they have charged 4 x times higher price than actual due to unavailability from elsewhere and we had no choice but buying at much higher price.

We placed 2nd order in Decemeber 2023 for an obsolete and hard to find component which MLC has quoted and confirmed availability. The price offered was again too high but we were OK with the price due to its unavailabilty from anywhere else. We transfererd USD 985 and ask them to send a sample for testing and approval but unfortunately they did not supply us sample till 3 months and when we demand refund of our payment, they stopped replying our emails and we never get trough over the phone.

We lost USD 985 to this company and are very disappointed! We never thought European supplier a fraud as we are working with many other suppliers with trust! But this is it! MLC Europe is not trustworthy anymore!

MLC Europe is a fraud company. There is no company at the address mentioned in their website (Joop Geesinkweg 701, 1114 AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht). The phone number (+31 906 311232) is fake as it just has a machine. I made a payment of usd 1060 on 27 Dec 2023 to their account but never received any parts. All emails (except info at mlceurope dot com) given on their website are fake and emails just can't go through. This company does not exist. It is just a fraud. When searched in depth, others have also lost money. Web addresses showing as fraud and blacklisted company::

If anyone gets me money back from these fraudsters, I will pay 25%.

Smells like a scam. I luckily voided loosing any money with these fools. Typical supply-chain urgency scammers. Even after I told them I would not buy anything from them without NET30 terms, they kept sending us emails asking for payment.

Take a look at their reviews... All the positive reviews take place within about one week. Hmmm...

This is the worst company I have ever met, during my 10 years import and export. They never give you some update before you ask, email reply is always “will update you” after many email pushing. Their contact number is +31202414814 always no answer, the odds can be reached are the same as winning the lottery.

The woman Saba B contact me, no positive reply after receiving my payment. After 1 month, my company received the fake parts. They let my company making functional testing instead of returning goods and refunds. The delivery note shows the sender is “BD ELECTRONICS LTD” and left a contact number, but the guy doesn’t admit it is BD company when I call back.

I had a fantastic experience with this company! Their staff is incredibly friendly, and their service is top-notch. I highly recommend them!

MLC Europe se présente comme un broker fiable spécialisé dans le sourcing de composants obsolètes ou difficiles à trouver. Nous leur avons passé une commande en octobre 2021 pour des composants qui étaient censés être en stock, et avons payé 3532€ sur proforma. Aujourd'hui 25 avril 2022 nous n'avons rien reçu, et n'obtenons plus de réponses malgré nos multiples relances. Nous avons été escroqués et avons blacklisté cette entreprise.
