Respuesta de MM2 Empire
I assure you, our support team replies instantly. It's also extremely unlikely for you to not receive your item, as our system uses full escrow with bots, meaning transactions are secured within our system.
If you're using the on-site support, I'd recommend asking it to connect you with a human, as you may be speaking with a bot. Alternatively, you can open a ticket in our Discord server: discord.com/invite/mm2empire.

Respuesta de MM2 Empire
I assure you, MM2Empire has fully escrow-backed trading. Since you're not trading directly with players, it's impossible to get scammed. You're most likely experiencing UI/UX problems and are confused about how the site works.
Have you tried opening a support ticket on-site or in the Discord server? If so, I've sent over a request for your on-site username so we can better assist you with whatever issue you're having.

My favourite MM2 off-platform site
The website is very simple to use and the professionalism of the staff make it all the better Seriously some of the best staff for a website that I have ever dealt with. They're always free just for you and resolve everything favourably, and THEY'RE HONEST. I now keep hundreds of dollars on their site at a time between my literal balance and my inventory, and I have profited decently because of their genuineness to make the best platform out there for what they do. Both zyxify and Yoshima are both reachable in their Discord community server and have been an immense help to resolving any problems I had :)

Would recommend
Reliable place to buy and sell. The staff are very active and working to improve the experience. Prices are generally lower than other sites. I’ve sold $600+ worth of items without any issues with the site.
