MMC is not a good company
MMC is not a good company, salary never came on time, development project are also not there, they have their support project now, owner is like “seth”. Notice period is also 2 months and 2nd months they cut alot money. No medical even no any benefits there. Also every 3 days late they cut 1 day salary, so reach office before 9:30. Not recommended. Their office located at gulshan in Karachi, Pakistan

Employment & Association – The person posting this review, Ms. Uzma Hassan Abidi, was never employed by MMC Global. She worked for one of our vendors and had no direct employment or contractual relationship with us.
Projects & Performance – The project referred to was assigned to her by her own employer (vendor) and not by MMC Global. We are aware that this project was delayed due to non-delivery and poor quality of work over a six-month period, which impacted timelines.
Notice Period & Salary Deductions – MMC Global does not cut salaries unfairly, nor do we impose penalties as described in the review. We have transparent HR policies, and all benefits, payments, and notices are managed in compliance with local laws for our actual employees.
Office Location & Facilities – MMC Global is headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with operations in multiple countries. The “Gulshan, Karachi” reference pertains to the vendor company, not us.
It is disappointing to see false and misleading statements being posted in a public forum, which can harm the reputation of a company that has had no employment relationship with the reviewer. While we respect everyone’s right to share genuine experiences, we urge platforms and readers to verify facts before drawing conclusions.
