I attended MHFA
I attended the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training at my workplace, led by Mike, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I recently completed the Mental Health First Aid course delivered by Mike Manning and found it to be a very valuable experience. Mike presented the material clearly and professionally, making complex topics easy to understand. His delivery was engaging, well-paced, and encouraged participation throughout the course.
The course provided practical strategies for recognizing signs of mental health challenges and responding appropriately to support someone in need. Mike created a comfortable learning environment where questions were welcomed and discussions felt respectful and informative.
