Not a trustworthy company at all. Rented a villa in Gran Canaria through Home to Go, who advertise properties on behalf of Mo-Rentals. Deposit went through the Home to Go website no issue, and all seemed well until it came to full payment which Mo-Rentals got in touch directly for. We had to email several times in order to retrieve their full bank account details to be able to send payment to some bank in a completely unrelated country - by this point we had gotten cold feet from their short, blunt manner and sensed things didn't sit right. Checking online reviews of both companies we decided to exercise our right to cancel for full refund of the deposit. Home to Go acknowledged we were in the correct timeframe to cancel and a full refund is due, however they cant convince Mo-Rentals to hand it over! Mo-Rentals will not respond to us directly regarding the matter. Can now only warn others they are thieves.

Very bad service and rental homes. We rented an appartment in Benalmadena and selected this specific apartment because there were a big shadowed roof teresse and my wife and I could work with our Laptops. Furthermore the mo-rental description says it was 140m2. But when we arrived, the apartment was dirty and have been used for 6 months so dust everywhere and liquid dirt running down the walls. The apartment was 60m2 and no shadow on the teresse. The owner had removed the hugh covers on the teresse, so we could not use the apartment. So we went to a hotel and Mo-rentals found another apartment in La cala. This apartment was in a block with locals and a tiny teresse on 2m2, so we dropped Mo-rentals and went to a hotel.
