We have 3 venues using mobi2go now. Have to say, it’s a great system. Simple and easy to use but most importantly - the support is great. It’s 24-7 and they are back quick. I would recommend them for sure.
Paid the $300 onboarding fee and never heard from them ever again
Still Awaiting a credit for a double monthly charge from some time ago..

I want to address the comment you made about our pricing because I think it's pretty important.
We're confident that our prices are competitive and offer strong value. Our aim is to offer so much value as a custom-branded revenue channel, data collection, and customer loyalty tool that price becomes next to irrelevant to our clients. That's our aim, but obviously we’re yet to make that totally happen for you.
We've worked pretty closely with Pita Pit over the years, and we'd really love to have you as a franchisee get value for money. We’ll continue to talk to the head office with the latest improvements to the platform. We’re sure that some of the latest technology advances that we’re implementing will be beneficial at your store.

I have been using Mobi2Go for over 6 years.
The platform is very easy to set up, but if you need help, they are there quickly and you can talk to a real person that understands the issue.
In the 6 years they have been very reliable.
