Tried nook on line, but system wouldn't work. I think now it was just a ploy to get a lead.
I received a phone call from someone named Stuart who I agree to have a new battery and program in on my Jaguar XF
It was arranged to be fitted on a Saturday between 10 - 12 o'clock.
After phoning this person named Stuart, numerous times he wouldn't answer his phone. Left and sent messages.
No one turned up, absolutely no communication. At about 3 o'clock, the fitter phoned, and said he wasn't made aware of the job, and he have to go and get a battery.
He arrived and fitted the new battery, he seems a very genuine person. He was unable to program the central locking and auto mirrors.
He said give it a couple of days to see if it reprogram after a couple of day being used
Various communications, Various different reasons for not returning. I have now accept that the job will not be completed.
The whole company seem to have no customer service interests

Phoned them and they said they could come the same day in under 4 hours. The service was brilliant called me to let me know he was on his way Chris was excellent would use them again

It was dealt with promptly and effectively

Turned up at the time promised and did a thorough and excellent job. Same price as rac and quicker
