Can’t fault the company, sold them a new phone as of today, and everything went smoothly.

I posted it around 5:30pm yesterday with Royal Mail, and it’s just been paid out to me, so all in all just under 24hrs.

I tend to sell a lot of phones as I change phone quite a bit, I normally stick with the more known companies, but came across this one and thought I’d give it a chance.

Simply amazing, me and the wife have both sent our unwanted phones in and have got the best deal. The whole experience is very smooth from the delivery of the packaging, communication and payout. I would say they offer the best price and once they have the relevant documents and a signature the payment is sent straight to your bank. I would definitely recommend.

Wow what can I say? 5 stars is not enough. Will be totally honest here. I was a bit sceptical about selling my phone. Gave these guys a try, and well can’t fault them from initial contact to speedy sending of pre paid postage package. Kept up to date on all steps in the process. Once again can’t thank them enough.

Great clear information, pre paid envelope arrived quickly and phone was posted same day ( Saturday) they received the phone on the Monday and money was in account the same day...
