Mobile Tyre Buddy were quick to answer, quick to give me a price and quick to arrive to change a tyre. Fast and efficient service from Khyber , who was very polite and courteous! I would recommend them to friends and family!

Rang up to get a quote for a tyre to be replaced and given a price of over £200 which was much more than a quote from a local company. When I told the man I wouldn’t bother was told in a very rude manner to take my car to a garage then!! Obviously this man needs a course in customer service care.

Very quick and efficient service. From putting the phone down to getting back on the road took less than an hour, impressive considering it was late on a Friday afternoon.
With the state of the roads now i have no doubt that i will be using these guys again at some point.

Great service, technician attended within 30mins of my call. Wasn’t a straight forward job either but he stuck at it, where many would have given up! 100% will use them again, great price considering it was a Sunday as well!

I needed a tyre changed on my car and it was really easy to get booked in. It only took an hour for the guys to get to the car and they were really friendly and helpful. I spoke to Zak and Sam on the phone and they explained everythjng clearly and were really patient. Would recommend.

Flat tyre from a pothole on a Sunday evening, called up and was out and changed within 45 minutes, from the fella on the phone to I believe it was kammy who changed the tyre, could not fault them, spot on service.

Phoned at around 11.am after being let down by the RAC the night before and having to leave the car 35 mins away, we explained the car was 35 mins away so would need to get there , guy said to call once there and let him know what the tyre was and then he could be there within the hour, was quoted £230, as we we needed to sort today had no choice but to agree .
Drove down to the car , called and told him which tyre it was , spoke to a different handler, he then advised the tyre would be £260 ! Queried why , said something about would now be a different fitter and was further away.
Stuck to our guns about the £230 and he then decided it could be done for this.
We were then told the fitter would be an hour.
An hour passed and we then had a call from the fitter to say he would be another 90minutes!
We had already spent around half hour trying to actually book and pay and paid a deposit of £75 , so we were in their hands .
The fitter finally turned up about an hour and 50 mins later ( after driving past us )
He looked at the car and informed us that the other front tyre should be changed as well at a cost of an extra 160 !
He was not happy when we declined and said we would check with a garage near home as we could get a tyre for half the cost he quoted.
It was only at this point we asked what tyre he would be fitting and it was a budget tyre , we realise we should have asked before , but also no one discussed what type of tyre we wanted.
The fitter took nearly 40 minutes to finally change the tyre.
He advised that it needed a new valve which was another. £50.
By this point we had been sat in the car for over 3.5 hrs , not the 60 mins they advised , with my autistic grandson who was getting distressed , no food and no toilets nearby.
Yes they got it fixed eventually but at a final cost of £285 !
We still now have to get the wheels balanced .
Would not use again.

I spoke with Abdullah to help source an appropriate fix for my tyre issue. He took great time, care and understanding to my situation - stressful with an infant in the car at night. With time and safety constraints, his quick organization helped soften all logistical issues for a competitive cost. 10/10

After clipping a kerb and getting a flat tyre I was stranded with a dog in the car & needed help fast. Mobile Tyre Buddy were very easy to deal with and they got me back on the road within an hour. Would use them again & will recommend to friends & family.

Really simple booking, confirmation of fitter being with me in 60-90mins. Fitter kept in touch regarding ETA. Really polite, friendly and quick at getting the job done.

After a disaster with The AA, these guys came to my rescue!
The man who took our call was friendly, calm, professional and courteous and kept a stressful situation under control.
He was honest about how long the fitter would take to arrive and gave a good price for the tyre.
The fitter was also friendly and courteous, and took care with the wheel change and did not cut corners (considering it was nearly midnight on a Friday night!).
I would HIGHLY recommend these guys, and if I, or anyone I know, is ever in a similar situation I will be suggesting Mobile Tyre Buddy for sure

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ‼️

My partner was completing a renovation in Buxton and was working night and day to get it completed. He went to the garage at 2am to get some drink when his car completely cut out and wouldn’t restart. He then called this company to come and recover his car. Like many reviews on here he was told the deposit was £110. After sending the deposit he was then told it would be another £90 so he reluctantly paid that.As you do when you are desperate . When the recovery truck arrived it was a total different company who they had passed the work onto and said he now needed to pay the recovery truck company a further £160. As his car is an automatic they had difficulty getting it onto the ramp. Tyre buddy was then trying to get more money out of him because of this! Luckily the company who had the recovery truck got onto the phone and told them they were out of order trying to get more money from my partner. Tyre buddy does not have a recovery truck. They are a middle man passing the work on and exploiting people who are in a terrible situation. £360 in total and only £160 of this went to the company with the recovery truck. I appreciate it was in the early hours of the morning and you pay an premium for it. But getting people to send over £110 and after they have sent this adding an additional charge on is nothing more than a scam. This company know full well they have you by the balls doing it like this and if you refused they wouldn’t send a recovery truck. As a company you really should be ashamed of the way you operate. You do not deserve anyone’s custom. The fact I have seen other reviews saying you are always closing one company to re open another shows you are very much aware of the game you are playing. I hope one day Kama comes and bites you. Absolutely shocking behaviour!!!!

I broke down at 4am in the morning with a shredded tyre. They’d arrived within and hour and sorted it within 10 mins. Can’t ask for much more

Used them to get a tyre changed for my daughter who had driven from Kent to Brighton and wrecked a tyre in a pothole. All done over WhatsApp with me in Kent. It was dark in Brighton and after 1700 when I made contact but they got a fitter out (on a Friday night) in an hour.

Guys changing the tyres were nice enough but £350 for 2 shite linglong tyres takes the piss.

My daughter was let down by the RAC with up to a 5 hour wait.A young girl by herself at night.

I contacted Mobile Tyre Buddy who were really helpful and within 40 minutes had gone and replaced her Tyre, cost was given, which was reasonable and the issue sorted.

We were really pleased with the service.
