Fast service
Great communications, fast service, arrived in an hour and was done in less than 20 minutes. Very polite.
Ive never used a mobile tyre fitter before and i'll certainly use this company again if im ever in the unfortunate position to require it.

Absolute rip-off avoid
My wife was quoted £250 for what she was told were two top of the range tyres. After she paid and I got home, I checked the tyres fitted and they were budget tyres that retail for around £45–£50 each.
To make it worse, they initially tried to add VAT on top of the £250, taking it to £300. When my wife questioned this, they suddenly said “don’t worry about the VAT” which tells you everything you need to know.
Misleading, overpriced, and clearly trying it on. Absolute rip off and not a business I’d ever use again or recommend to anyone.

Responsive and swift tyre replacement.
Tyre had punctured during a long journey and could not be patched. Called this place and the experience was pretty seamless, they were clear about the information required, how to get the information and the fitter arrived within the hour as stated. Great and quick service.

Call answered straight away. Repair guy with me in an hour. Price was pretty decent given the circumstances, as I was well and truly stuck with a burst tyre, and no spare!

Avoid at all cost
Paid my deposit of £100 got told they’d be here in 30-60 minutes, 3 hours later still no sign many calls inbetween they kept saying id get a call in the next five minutes never did and then around four hours later I got a call saying they are on the way which at that point I chose to pay another company that can in 30 minutes, so I told the guy not to come and he started threatening me, swearing down the phone said he’d come and smash my head in because I cancelled I was utterly shocked and then when I called back to tell the company they didn’t care and refused to refund my money!!! Please do not use this company

The Customer Service from the start of my call to my Tyre
being changed was Excellent. The call handler and Recovery Man were very knowledgable, professional and efficient. I made it home safe and sound even with the snow!!! Thank you all so much :-)

Highly recommend and great service
Called them at 8:00pm the night before as tyre had gone flat and needed a replacement. Arranged for an appointment the following morning for between 9:00 - 10:00am and paid a reasonable deposit. The fitter called me 20 minutes before he arrived and was really professional. Answered all my questions I had about the tyre being replaced and was really quick. Would highly recommend as both the telephone operator and fitter where really good.

Really pleased with the experience. They came round the next day on a Sunday and during the one hour delivery slot, replaced our tyre very quickly and were very friendly.

Flat tyre on a Sunday on our driveway…
Flat tyre on a Sunday on our driveway and needed to make a journey. They were very responsive on WhatsApp and came back with a fixed price. They even had our tyre in stock. The fitter arrived and the tyre was changed quickly. Great service and now the number is in my phone just in case I need it again.

The guy on the phone kept me calm when I felt panic, arranged someone to be with me under an hour. The engineer was so friendly and got the job done in no time, in minus degrees, in the dark. So grateful- not all hero's wear capes! Thank you guys

The fitter rang me and came to fit temporary tyre . Me son was happy it was done. I paid deposit £50.00 to office on link then rest paid by card on their car machine. The guy did wonderful job. Didn't take long for fitter to come find me
