Despite a number of emails not a word back from this company as to if and when my product will be delivered. Do they know what service is because they don’t have any.

Their communication was the worst I have ever come across. My order was delayed and there was no communication about it at all. Despite repeated attempts on my part through phone calls and emails to contact them, they ignored the lot. My Hi Vis safety flag came today and it is missing the fitting bracket. What a surprise!!! Instead of contacting them about it (I mean, why waste my time) I have opted to purchase the bracket from a completely different company. Just an update on this. About 1 hour after this went live, their delivery person bought around a bracket. Too late. Already ordered from another retailer.

The items purchased fit our needs perfectly. The Father-in-law loves the items.

An excellent bed rail. Safe, secure, and easy to use.

Good quality bibs. Much longer than other bibs advertised, which cover clothes well.

MobHQ were very helpful with my online order which I did make an error in the colour of my wheelchair. They were quick to respond to my email and corrected my error and sourced the wheelchair and delivered in good timing

I was very happy with the service I received after having a delivery problem. You were considerate and listened to the issue that had occurred.

Ordered a wheelchair cushion 10 days ago. Order still hasn't been processed. Impossible to get through on the phone during working hours, they don't call back and email isn't answered either. I've left now I think seven messages to call me back since days. Nothing. Terrible company to deal with.
I need the cushion and would like to know why they don't process an order placed 9 business days ago and don't even care to get back to me.
But they were fast in taking the money and send the invoice.

I paid for it as soon as I received the Invoice and shortly after received an email that said Get 10% off your first purchase CODE HELLOMHQ, BUT i HAD ALREADY PAIND FOR IT.
i RANG TO ASK IF THAT COULD BE AMENED, BUT WAS TOLD NO, YOU CAN ONLY GET THE 10% DISCOUNT WHEN YOU PAY, SO PERHAPS IF i HAD WAITED A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE PAYING THE BILL i WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE CODE

Then of course you have my email address that countless adds arrive, I rang and ask that they remove my email address, but that didn't work either. Fortunately in very small print I found unsubscribe so hopefully that has worked.

Service slow, contact experience practically non existent, delivery of product slow. I can't tell you what the last product I purchased is like because I still haven't received it.

Product is great (shower chair) but it was supposed to be delivered locally where I could pick it up. I was to be emailed/contacted when it was available for pickup. Never received the email and phoning didn't get a response. Ended up turning up to the local pickup point with my receipt in hand where they fulfilled my order. Great product buy No Service

Excellent unit, but I need to put a soft pad on the handle, otherwise very good.

Recently had a need for a wider overchair table for my father (to enable the table to fit to either side of his lifting armchair) at the nursing home (with the standard tables not able to move close enough to the chair due to the leg structure.
Product was ordered online through MobilityHQ to pick up instore locally - and was available less than a week later. Excellent Service from Aid-a-Care Ascot Park (thanks Janet!) on pickup.
The product was excellent quality - took minutes to put together. And most importantly - Dad now has better access to his table in reach - with easy rolling wheels.

Price of product was good, but service was very poor. Difficult to get through on phone, emails took a while, had to keep chasing as scooter was needed urgently.
If there was a good competitor I would prefer not to use Aidacare/MobilityHQ.

The man that installed my canopy was very helpful.

Hope I don't have to use this company again. Trying to contact Aidacare at Coopers Plains was all but impossible. No answer on phone and no reply to emails. Eventually drove to premises to pick up piece of equipment from a very unhelpful staff. Mobility HQ tries to help but their requests to contact me were also ignored.

Lovely internal walker. My only concern is the brakes are not strong enough to hold the walker steady when applied. The process of applying the brakes by squeezing them hard is not useful for my wife who has very bad arthritis. To lock each brake one must hold it tight and flip a rubber ring (attached to the frame) over the brake. Can the brakes be adjusted to allow them to operate effectively with less effort?
