If it were not for the fact that I need to maintain my mobile number that has credit on it, I would have given up on them and taken the matter up with my credit card.

Mobily is having Worst customer service ever I have seen in my life.
Wanted to change from postpaid to prepaid they make fraud & charged extra amount and even after getting paid all extra & changed to prepaid, the bill is getting generated for prepaid & mobile number is getting Suspended without no reason & wasting time & playing with people in emails without solving issues.
Requesting not to buy Mobily sim. I am tired of this Mobily network service.

Contracted for 100GB package with 100GB bonus. Only got 100GB, I complained, after 5 days, the case clised without solution or apology.

The service is absolutely terrible. The line cuts out all the time. They make no attempt to resolve it. Switched service providers at the end of my contract and called to cancel. They refuse to cancel the line and continue to bill me, I have called and emailed multiple times. No one helps, it is extremely frustrating. Do not make use of them. Absolutely terrible service.

I am extremely disappointed with Mobily’s technical team and their lack of professionalism.
Due to heavy rain, our service was disconnected on 30th December. Mobily informed us that a technician would come on 1st January, but no one showed up. When we contacted them again, the visit was postponed to today at 6:00 pm.
Later, we were told that the technicians did come and called us, but that our phone was switched off. This is completely false. Our phone was ON the entire time, and no one came to our location or called us.
This is not just poor service — it is dishonest communication. The technical team is clearly giving false excuses instead of admitting delays or mistakes.
Anyone planning to subscribe to Mobily, beware. If you want unreliable service, repeated postponements, and misleading explanations, then Mobily is the right choice. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Living in Jeddah Al rehab, I have Mobily 5G broadband connection from one year, I have worst experience about the network and customer care. Extremely bad network and disappointing internet service in my location.

Worst experience by king Abdul aziz tunnel on pedestrian RD in Mecca. The guy sat down was rude and refused to help me, and the another worker who was the main culprit who tried to charge me 60 riyals for 3gb and first told me that it costs 60 riyals for 30gb. After he lied and got the number wrong I refused to pay and he dropped the price to 30 riyals as he got caught lying. He was very rude and was smoking a cigarette in my face. Worst customer service I have received. He also refused to give his name and said his name was muhammad and refused to show any id or give his full name. Would not recommend as they had no respect for me and are thieving scum who lack any manners and do not speak an ounce of English where there are so many tourists coming who they sell packages to but don’t even know their own numbers.

My fiber internet has been down for four days, and despite repeated calls to Mobily, nothing has been done. I've been told "a technician will visit today" for the past three days—yet no one has shown up.
The customer service experience is frustrating—every time I call, they just say "we’ve raised the issue", but there’s no real update, no solution, no accountability.
It’s extremely disappointing that in 2025, a company like Mobily is still offering this level of service. If you compare it to any telecom provider around the world, Mobily would sadly rank at the very bottom. The lack of competition doesn’t justify neglecting customers like this.

Received an email from this company stating I had an account and what my username was. Before this email I had never heard of the company. Now to submit a ticket I have to setup an account! I don't even live in SA!
Mobily Esim 50 Fraud
They sell a package called esim 50 which on their website has 100GB data and unlimited calls but when you subscribe you don't get any internet at all. The worst imaginable tactic to rob people. Stay away from this company.
Illegally charge extra money
This company charged me 10 rials each day for the last 2 days. According to their billing message, it's for Bundles & Services. I called their support Centre to query the reason. They confirmed the money was deducted but refused to explain the reason why it happened & advised me to check on my end. She then terminated the call. What a joke
