I am so so unhappy with Mobiworkx as of…

I am so so unhappy with Mobiworkx as of lately and very disappointed with their customer care.
I have been having a serious issue with some of their surveys 🤬. I complete them only for it to say there is an error or page not found, how the hell is that possible. Than customer care will tell you that there was no issue on their side and many other participants got paid with no issues. And this problem is only with the $1.25, $1.50 or $2 surveys.
That is equivalent to scamming a person after wasting their time on a survey.
So so so disappointed, have you changed ownership? coz even the name has changed that does payouts via PayPal.
Stop scamming us Mobiworkx.

I want to assure you that our intention is not to scam or mislead anyone. Survey availability and completion are managed in part by third-party providers, and in some cases, technical issues or eligibility checks at the final stage can unfortunately result in disqualification or errors. That said, I completely understand that this doesn’t make the experience any less disappointing.

There has been no intention to target specific survey values, and we take feedback like this seriously as it helps us identify potential issues and improve the platform.

Mobiworx must remove the rewards that…

Mobiworx must remove the rewards that are not working on the reward redemption since the redemption takes 5 days. It is so frustrating to wait 5 days for redemption only for the redemption to be unsuccessful. It is now taking me the whole month to redeem changing the reward type I don't even know if this time it will be successful. It is hard to wait for the PayPal that I can only redeem when it reaches 12.5 USD . Everytime when I am close to reaching it I no longer get surveys or I am always screened out. Last time I redeemed successfully on mobiworx was a year ago

Scam site, stealing people's information

I just signed up for mobiworkx, filled in the required details. When i click to log in, I get an error message 'Not available in your country"...I am within the coutries that can access mobiworkx. Mobiworkx is a scam site just to steal people's information. I don't recommend.

This platform used to be so cool

This platform used to be so cool, since upgrade of the webpage it has changed and no longer the same. We now recieve factitious survey which upon opening the screenout.

Disappointed, this was my favourite platform.

Survey availability depends on the specific needs of our research clients and the profiles they are looking for at any given time. In market research, each survey has strict criteria (such as age, location, interests, or purchasing habits). Participants are asked a few initial screening questions to determine whether they match those criteria. If the responses don’t fully align, the system will automatically disqualify the participant to ensure accurate and reliable results for the study.

Please note that disqualifications are a normal part of the research process and not related to your performance. Keeping your profile updated can help improve your chances of qualifying for relevant surveys.

Mobiworkx has been bad since they…

Mobiworkx has been bad since they upgraded their site and now it has gotten worse. There's hardly any survey to answer and worse, you can't even login into your account once they log you out. For weeks now I have been trying to login, couldn't. They should either fix up or close shop.

Mobiworkx used to be my best survey…

Mobiworkx used to be my best survey site but unfortunately ever since the so called upgrade it has been very bad. You hardly see surveys and even if you see they are already filled up or you can't click it, so why bother sending it to me? The worst of them all is the fact that I can't even login to my account again for the past three months. I have written to the help center yet nothing. I missed the old mobiworkx before the upgrade.

What specifically did you used to enjoy that you feel has changed? Unfortunately, we can't change the length of surveys that are sent to you we do try to send you surveys based on your interests and lifestyles. Please be sure to complete your "More about me" profiler questions once a year as they become available to you on your dashboard. This will help to ensure the survey opportunities sent to you are more closely aligned to you and the things you enjoy.

I can assure you we are not a scam and that your reward was sent to you via SMS as we have explained on your ticket 10045026. Unfortunately, we are not provided with the Serial Number of our Top-Up reward. This is a security feature to ensure that only the recipient can use the Top-Up reward. We are provided the Transaction ID, which has been shared with you. This is the information we share with all members who contact us stating that they have not received their Top-Up reward. Once this has been provided to the members and they contact their mobile service provider, they are then able to obtain the necessary information in order to use their reward. I apologize that you are not receiving the help you need from Vodacom. While I am not sure if there is anything further that we can do from our side to help you with this reward, this will be escalated again. Please be on the lookout for additional communication from our Customer Support Team on the ticket you have submitted via your Help Center.

Third time now that my voucher is not…

Third time now that my voucher is not delivered within 5 days last three claims I always have to submit ticked for are deliveries of a voucher.

You have dropped the ball for overall review score to go below 3. Please correct your shortcomings, I enjoy the platform a lot
