Your company sent me a prepaid card with no money in it what was the point of that

I ordered Illy E.S.E pods on Wednesday, at a fraction of everyone else's price, and received them on Friday -- 48 hours from Czech Republic!! I'd guess the secret of their low pricing is that they correctly are not charging VAT on export orders and the US isn't yet charging custom duties on these small imports. I'd also guess that the complaints I've read about hard-to-reach customer service may be the result of not taking the 7-hour time difference into account.

Over 242 dollars was taken off my card. I called MoCaFi to dispute the transactions and ship me a new card neither has been done! Don’t even try to email them it’s pointless and their customer service reps are rude.

I never received a card or anything but I keep getting updates that my monthly statements are available. It’s been months since I signed up. Weird!!!

Ordered 5 boxes of Mon Cheri Chocolate covered cherries. Best price on the Internet, which was about $10 per box including shipping and handling ($12 shipping and handling and $38 for the chocolate). The company sent me emails at each stage of preparation as well as UPS notified me. I was able to track the package all the way through customs. It arrived today safe and sound, and the product was exactly as described. The product shipped from the Czech Republic to Nevada no complications

I love the Mocafi account but support when needed is not so nice. The account has the lowest fees out there and is compatible with international transfers. The app is friendly. It is so good I recommended to my wife who applied but never received her account. Customer service replied with a curt message that merely restated the problem without any clarity.

I wish I can give 0 stars cause. They is a lie have not reported, not one of my rent payments. This is the only reason why I got on here to build my credit to show that. pay my rent on time. Been banking since April 2023 Calling kaplank is the customer service and they promised to fix It .told me that they was reporting my stuff December 12 and still nothing done.

Thought I was registering a card I already had (third party debit card) turns out I opened a card/account.

Directions were NOT clear at all

Deleted the app once they lied about signing up and getting 100 dollars will not be using it or load money until I get what I was promised

Easy & super fast to sign up and get started! Try it! Saw in articles online that this app was one of the only apps that I can report my rent payments to the credit companies for FREE! (besides piñata - another great app for increasing your credit score by reporting your rent payments for free, most of the rent reporter tools for increasing credit is paid membership only) increasing my credit for free with this app is my main reason for downloading the app & signing up, but I also get a free checking account and a free debit card! Woo! I have a few bank accounts but it doesn’t hurt to have an extra one in case you lose a debit card or something happens for emergencies! Trust me you will thank yourself for downloading this app! It’s new so get in on it now before they have a lot of customers and start charging because my future prediction is that they will which I don’t blame them! Amazing that this is free. Well it's my first day bur it seems majority has had a great experience. I'm preparing to start a new job after changing my number, losing all contacts and previous email information.

My mocafi card is the greatest assistance in these hard-times my family is experiencing with the outrageous prices for gas, groceries, pets, etc. We actually thank God every time we eat, get gas for our vehicles, or are able to pay 1/2 of the rent every month now and can "breathe" a little more easier than w/o it. We still need help and we are sinking into a deeper hole w/all of the loans and credit cards and personal-items we've pawned just to have extra money to stay on top, but we're not. We are quickly getting behind and sinking faster. Thanks though for helping. You are truly a Godsend...
