Great price and options. Needed to ammend my order, was very easy and painless.

Bought a custom 12V-2X6 90 degrees native cable.

Not only it looks fantastic, but I've put it under a 500W load, measured the current in each wire with a current clamp, and found that on both the ground and 12 volt cables the variance was not more than 0.2-0.3 amps.

Phenomenal quality and using it gives me a lot more peace of mind.

Despite not having any data yet on my relatively obscure Flex ATX power supply, the team went above and beyond to propose a bespoke solution for my use case when we realised the original order wouldn't suit the the specs of my PSU model.

I contacted MODDIY because I believed that they sent me a faulty 2x8-Pin to RTX 12-Pin for my 5070ti, however, after speaking with the representative (Carrie) I was informed that I actually ordered the incorrect cable and should have ordered an 2x8-Pin to 12VHPWR. Carrie confirmed my product specs from my previous order and offered to send me the correct cable at no cost even though I ordered the wrong cable. Excellent customer service!

I placed the wrong order for the wrong cable and they had Alfred’s shipped the item. I couldn’t afford both the correct and wrong items so I contacted them and even though the item was shipped customer support found a way to cancel and refund it ! They were swift in responses to my questions as well.

Carrie with customer service has been absolutely amazing to work with and the MODDIY assembly team does top-notch work! There was a slight issue with the last mile shipping company after the cables landed in this country, but Carrie immediately reached out after I said what happened and corrected the problem without a second thought. Thank you so much, I cant wait to order again!

MODDIY is literally the best. Their product quality is amazing, but more than that... They're real people. Emailing me back and forth answering my questions. Explaining things to me instead of canned responses. No 24 hours in between.

Highlights:
1. Communication during ordering process generally great*

2. Speed of manufacture, noting shipping was significantly longer.

Issues:
1. 28 Cable comb used for 24pin MB cable threw out colour scheme. *I feel it would have been appropriate if this had been advertised or queried when I requested a sequence of 12 colours. Even if the 'freestyling' of cables had been applied in a symmetrical manner would have been better than what was delivered.

2. 12V-2X6 GPU connector required physical manipulation of pinched pins to enable use. This wasn't particularly difficult and being only my second time using this style plug may be normal?

3. A bit nitpicky and potentially outside what is reasonable for MODDIY to be aware of, but the specified PSU, the Corsair RM1000x SHIFT, type 5 connector clips should be inverted as they currently twist out of alignment from CPU, not visible to the front, just looks ugly in the back.

All in all my priority was to reduce the excess cable length and this definitely did that - I don't regret the purchase despite visual issues.
