I was originally concerned about buying a designer purse from an online retailer. But the prices were excellent and the Prada purse I bought was authentic and new! They are very responsive on poshmark, Instagram, or email. The item was shipped quickly. I bought it Thursday late at night and it was delivered on Tuesday. I wasn’t home to sign for delivery so UPS are-routed it for pick up at a drop off station the next day. So convenient and the prices are excellent! Will definitely consider purchasing other items from Modecraze!

I had a great experience. This site appears to pull item descriptions verbatim from the manufacturer’s website, including photos, in exchange for providing products at a decent discount and they’re often sold out at the manufacturer and/or high end stores.

Most fashionista consumers of high end designer products look at the manufacturer product codes to know the color they are getting. My Fendi wallet ended up being slightly brighter fuschia than pictured, and the same would have been true if I had ordered it directly from Fendi, because the description was lifted. I had the product code which includes the color and was able to find the same color albeit on different products from other sellers, to see how it “really looks” BEFORE I purchased. Bottom line I was very happy that it turned out to be brighter than expected and I also scored a serious discount, and if I hadn’t been, so what? I could have returned it, though at a cost of about $50. But since I’m the type of person who can afford to blow $1000 on a wallet just because it’s hot pink and Fendi as opposed to $20 Chinese garbage from Walmart, I don’t mind paying $30 or $50 to return something.

It’s important to have perspective and not nickel and dime return costs when you’re blowing thousands on a name and you’re gettting a decent discount. Online purchasing is a gamble after all. When you gamble and lose (I.e. you bought something sight unseen and don’t like it IRL and you want to return it) and you’re angry and lashing out, isn’t it YOUR fault you gambled? Don’t blame the retailer. My package came earlier than expected and the item was in perfect condition and was the correct item I ordered. I’m really happy with this retailer.
