Brilliant models but I usually find the payment part of the site a little

Excellent service despite problems with the model which were beyond their control. Very efficient handling of the problem and satisfactorily resolved with good email communication.

I have been a customer of Model Bus Collection since December 2024. As someone with a strong interest in London buses, I find their models faithful to the real vehicles. Orders arrive on time and as described. Reliable service with no issues, and one of my preferred model suppliers for expanding my collection.

Model promptly arrived, well packaged.

Great reasonably priced models, exactly as described by MBC with fast delivery and securely packaged for posting. Will defo be watching to see what else they bring out.

I can’t fault the experience. Very fair prices, and my orders arrived very quickly on the Saturday of the recent long Easter Bank Holiday weekend, when I was expecting them on Tuesday at the earliest.

This bus was a present for my grandson who is nuts on buses. The birthday is some time away so the delay (it was a pre order) did not matter.
The product was well packaged & arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.

The ordering of the Sunstar RMC bus was seem less and delivery of a high quality model was extremely quick and very well packaged upon receipt.

This is great company with some fantastic commissions. Prices are competitive with the best. I eagerly await new models

Disgusting customer service . Upon arrival the bus was damaged . Few parts parts fell off . I paid 76 pounds for the bus and I was expecting high quality goods . I am absolutely disappointed. I emailed customer service and I did not get a response from customer service team . The bus is made very poorly and parts fall off easily. For the price you would expect it to be excellent quality.. I want to return it and get a refund .I will not be ordering again.
