My Model Hunt experience was phenomenal. I met amazing people along my journey. The Model Hunt crew was incredibly fun and easy to work with. The connections I built after the event were life changing. I grew massively as an individual and I will never be the same after my Model Hunt experience!

MODEL HUNT is an incredibly professional team.
All activities were done taking all the details in consideration including safety measures.
All photographers, make up artist, coordinators and directors were punctual in their leadership, kind, open and inclusive.
Rarely have I ever encountered a TEAM with such rounded performance.

I started my Modelhunt journey at its inaugural event in 2019. The tools I was given and the respect in how I was treated sparked a personal growth that i am forever grateful for.

This years event was by far the best. The virtual trainings were full of valuable information and allowed us to practice so we were more confident when we arrived for the real events.

As their oldest and heaviest contestant I went in a bit nervous about measuring up. But I was always treated like everyone else. Every time I participated in an event I walked away feeling beautiful and confident.

Errol is passionate about Modelhunt and It’s mission statement “ Be confident and accept your uniqueness.”

Every woman deserves to participate in an event like this

I had a great overall experience with learning and training with ModelHunt! There were pros and cons, but the pros out weigh the cons!

Pros
* Love the diversity because it opens the door for more opportunities for the individual, and it allows people to feel, no matter their size, weight, height, disability, or gender, they still matter and are valuable to the industry.
* Learning about the different makeup looks for different fashion styles were very helpful.
* Connected with amazing people for life time connections (Models & ModelHunt crew)
* Loved the runway, and posing coaching sessions
* Learning about the different styles of fashion was very helpful

Cons
* The timing of the classes and training was a challenge for me because it was during my normal work hours, and as a single mom, I still had to seek help to fill-in for me for mom duties. The classes were a week. Wish there more available time slots for the weekend or later in the evening.
* The locations were great, however, they were a little far
* I was hoping to get signed with an agency after the entire training/event, but I never received any feedback as to if I was considered, or why I wasn't chosen for any of the agencies. Having feedback would've definitely helped me to know what I need to improve on in terms of being chosen for a well-known modeling agency.

Overall the experience was amazing and would recommend others to utilize their services. Thank you so much for the opportunity, it has helped me tremendously!

Working with Model Hunt was an awesome opportunity, and an amazing and unforgettable experience. Errol and his team was fantastic. The training, the activities, the feedback...EVERYTHING!!! I really felt like they cared about each and everyone of us succeeding. The training was phenomenal. Errol broke it down step-by-step of how to do what was expected and why it’s best to do with that way. They made sure we were prepared for the industry by telling us the process, taking lots of photos, preparing comp cards for us, telling us the proper do’s and don’ts of the industry, and more. They gave exceptional direction, and the judging provided very conservative feedback. EVERY activity, from each photoshoot, to the workshops, etc... were well planned and well organized. I’ve been modeling since I was young and I’ve never received such amazing and detailed training, and became better at modeling in the process. The crew was also phenomenal! Each and every member of his team was simply amazing. They all make they made each of us feel special. The entire experience was so positive, that I feel like I walked in as an amateur, and came out as a professional.

I had an amazing experience with the very first Model Hunt. I believe there was a bit of chaos and un-organization around the wardrobe and other specifics. I ultimatly had a wonderful time and met a lot of amazing people but it was their first show and it just seemed as though not everyone was not on the same page. Overall, if this was a paid experience for those chosen to actually Model, I would do it again with the hopes of more organization overall.

This is the best challenge ever. I'm very impressed by how things organized. Especially I have acting workshop on zoom with actors ( that was so cool, I got to ask a lot of questions and take in so much informations)
I enjoy the whole experience because I got to work with amazing and talented people. The staffs made me feel accepted and part of the team. The environment was fun and at the same time very professional. I hadlearned a lot ( acting, posing 101, runway walking and posing), and I see myself improve a lot in my booking photoshoot. The Modelhunt virtual competition was a wonderful experience and professionally executed. I only wish there had been a way to complete the competition virtually from another city. Amazing people involved with this organization and I learned a lot about the modeling industry.

I was so excited to join modelhunt i really thought finally here's my chance to outshine what the mainstream considers to be plus sizes and taken seriously. I guess it was all for not because per usual what's an industry called plus size isn't they want curvy girls they don't want actual fat girls because let's face it they don't find us beautiful!

There are so many experiences in one's life that accumulate a general idea that help us draw a conclusion on how life is going to pan out. Once in a while, a phenomenal life changing experience takes place. ModelHunt was one of those experiences for me. To be chosen out of 700 models and in a challenging category such as PWD (persons with disabilities), I was completely honored and felt so humbled to have been chosen. At that time, my life was in a very difficult place and the activities I had to engage in with ModelHunt really lifted my spirit up and helped me get through whatever it was I was going through. To been around so many wonderful amazing people that were so progressive and proactive in creating positivity in this world, it just blew my mind and really helped me see that the world can be a beautiful place. I guess some people take a look at the modeling world and have this bird's eye view opinion of what it means to be a hard-working model especially when you're doing a runway show. And I've caught myself so many times saying “no no, you don't understand, it's not like that! People don't know that models aren't out there modeling and showing their appearances, their identities and sharing positivity to be vain, there out there to inspire and share with the world that they've had to meet challenges to rise to that occasion to be there for that situation and that incredible opportunity to shine in front of cameras and lights and all the beauty around. To be a part of that was something I will never forget.
From beginning to end, I really love the camera. I was very nervous about being on the runway and, I wasn't sure how I was going to pull it off. I was one of the few natural born disabled persons in the PWD category so, my body didn't function as some of the other disabled contestants where they can move their arms and legs and pose in different positions and create a spot on look that would make them pop. I knew that was going to be difficult for me. But with, my photographer being so patient and my modeling coach being such a good teacher, and Errol being so creative and letting his energy just take over and make us feel beautiful, it wasn't going to be that much of a hit and miss and I had a really good time. The runway was a little physically difficult for me but that was my own challenges, overall though it was empowering to be around such great talent and beauty and the lights and just the fact that I was up there feeling like I was on top of the world , I just I'm so happy to be a part of that. All thanks to Errol and all of his photographers and crew, everyone was great and again, it’s an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life

Model hunt showed me and gave me the modeling confidence that I too can be a professional model. They gave wonder photoshoots and very friendly and fun photographers. I recommend all model to try model hunt. The experience is amazing

ModelHunt is the best platform to achieve a dream as a model!!
The whole staff had been very friendly during the whole contesting process, including rehearsals, photo sessions, etc.
I was one of the winners last year and many of the contestants and the staff had been very supportive and friendly till this day.
I can tell that having participated in an event as unique and original as this had changed my life!

ModelHunt was truly a wonderful experience for me that gave me a lot of self confidence. It was the first time I had done anything like that in my life. Overall, the experience was positive. There were just a couple things I want to share. First, I think there should have been more follow up with the models. Perhaps a seminar on finding an agent, or something like that. Second, I think there were either great or mediocre photographers. That’s really important. But overall, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to pursue a career in modeling. I am no longer with an agency.
