Wrongfully charged by ModelsLab with no help to fix it.

I was charged $47 (it said it was to be a recurring fee) by ModelsLab in February 2026. Notwithstanding how difficult it is to contact them, when I finally got to "Support," Jitendra, who was clearly not a human being, was in a loop. Send me your email, send invoice #, blah blah blah. I replied 3 maybe 4 times with the exact same response. When I asked to speak to a human, he cut me off. Last, I sent them a copy of the withdrawal to my bank account from them--absolutely no response. Infuriating and likely illegal.

Total scam

Total scam. I want to use this service so I transfer 10$ to my account. Everything was fine until I wanted to subscribe to standard plan which cost 47$. I subscribed and after one day they tried to debit 151.18$ from my bank account. Then I had a conversation about this with support team and they said it was a mistake. That was really weird. This month I decided that I don't want to use this platfrom anymore but my subscription is past due right now and I can't cancel the subscription anymore. They tried to debit 94$ two times but why? The standard subscription cost 47$. And they said that I need to renew my subscription to cancel it so I need to pay 47$ again but why? I don't want to use this service and I'm not sure that they debit 47$ but 94$. Such a bad policy and service. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Best Voice Cloning Tool, it changes Podcast journey

I run a podcast network, and i wanted to experiment with new shows without hiring new hosts, with ModelsLab’s voice cloning, i created synthetic voices that sound natural and consistent. It allowed me to produce pilot episodes, test new formats, and i even localize content into different languages using the dubbing tool. This is next-gen podcast production made scalable.

Awful API with a bunch of undocumented errors. At first glance, there is documentation, but this is until the first errors (which they have quite often), then it turns out that the documentation is very poorly and not fully described

Do not sign up to this service!

They promise you a refund if you don't like it. I tested it and it was horrible. 10 minutes after signing up, I requested a refund. They ignored my request and I lost my money.

you cannot delete your free trial account your self.
They keep your data for 30 days god know if the will charge me after that period since they do not even confirm by mail !

They promised a refund for a cancelled subscription but no refund

They promised a refund for a subscription that was cancelled and I did not get one. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO go with these resellers because they are not even the real modelslab but using other API.

Not to mention that the IMAGES ARE soooo terrible. You tell it to create a house and it gives you a horse. Completely unrelated.

SCAMMERS

I had a terrible experience with their API, which is full of bugs. I requested a refund, and they kept stalling for two weeks, only to inform me that the refund period had expired. I definitely do not recommend this service. Additionally, their API is built on top of another, so it’s easier to go directly to the source, like on sites such as replicate, Stay away!

Total scam indian company

The trash company has terrible APIs and is slower than a dumb road roller. I would never work with this company; it is a total scam. Data is totally insecure, what else can be expected from a indian company?

Terrible experience from ModelsLab (service)

I'm using ModelsLab from over 3 months. At start while we were working on the POC, it was great - the image generation quality and response time.

But as we shift to production with very moderate traffic ~30 image generation per day. It started getting worst - every day there are many failed cases, downtime and image generation taking too long (10-15mins). We had many customer complaints.

And today it reached the limits, they updated the image bucket storage and it doesn't have public access so all the generated images are private and links are inaccessible.
