Enjoying their platform and coaching. There are some bugs but as fast as they are creating new things, it's to be expected. Hoping for a lot of growth due to the capabilities of the platform and constant improvement. Tons of potential!!

I’m truly grateful I found StreetTeam and Modern Musician. As an independent artist, one of the biggest challenges is keeping everything organized, and this platform has helped me bring so many important parts of my music business into one system.

I’ve learned so much about my audience, email lists, marketing, and how to build a stronger connection with my fans. Having so many tools in one place is incredibly valuable, especially when you realize how much you would normally spend on multiple websites and platforms separately.

The customer service has also been amazing. Whenever I’ve had a question, issue, or found a bug, the team has always been responsive, supportive, and willing to help and improve the system.

There is definitely a learning curve, and it takes some time to understand everything the platform can do, but you’re not doing it alone. The team is there to guide you through the process, and for me, the investment has absolutely been worth it. I’m very grateful to have found this platform!

Aggressive sale tactics. After I clearly told them I wasn't interested a member proceeded to follow through via text. When I didn't reply he called me THREE TIMES IN A ROW. I hung up on the third attempt and texted back for him to please delete my number and do not call me again.

He proceeded to text me regardless trying to offer me a free 5 day class. Then I proceeded to also get ANOTHER text message from a different number.

Be ware of this company's aggressive sale tactics. Legitimate companies respect boundaries.

Did the 12-week Launch Program and it was great! I learned a ton about marketing, social media, meta ads, and how to setup an automated pipeline that works for me. Now that I'm launched, it finally feels attainable that I can sustainably grow an audience. The coaches are great and knowledgeable and Michael is super passionate about the platform and vision for Modern Musician and Street Team

they have absolutely changed the course of my career for the better. Modern musician has help me to build something WORTH DISCOVERING. I have now retired my wife from her full time job, and we get to tour around the world with our two children full time. Literally.. this IS the dream.

Two weeks ago I talked Sol Gold of Modern Musician and told him I'm still recovering from a severe vehicle accident and in the future I might reconsider trying out their services after my physical recovery is completed.
This morning unexpectedly my bank contacts me regarding a fraud alert and Modern Musician tried twice to charge my bank account for $2,500.
My account is now locked and unfortunately Modern Musician appears to be a scam where they don't provide any tangible services other than making you think that you are getting help with music distribution and promotion.
I highly recommended anyone besides Modern Musician because they just can't be trusted at all?

Please explain to me how your billing system just decided to bill me this morning?
The last time I spoke with Sol Gold is s over two weeks ago.
I doubt this was accidental but I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt.
You might want to consider removing automatic billing from your system because Trustpilot has many other similar complaints about being charged without permission.

Spent $5000 3 or 4 yrs ago. Didn't get much out of it so just discontinued doing business; or so I thought. Got an email today... out of nowhere... that they charged my credit card from back then $297 for a monthly subscription/membership that I NEVER signed up for. No way to reach them via website. Not way to call or connect other than messenger on FB and Instagram. The response was immediate when they took my money years ago.

Working with Jared was great. He took me step by step through the process of setting up my system so that I am now seeing growth without micro managing the whole process. He was attentive to my questions, answered them effectively and responded within a reasonable time. He was informative and a pleasure to work with. Drew

I am so grateful for my session with Aaron today. I was feeling especially stressed with many responsibilities and a personal loss and he gave me an honest, yet compassionate reflection and then was super efficient with moving our launch forward. I have cancelled my subscription over 2 years ago and they’re trying to charge my account out of the blue. They are very hard to get ahold of. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them to remove this “automatic $10 renewal” feature that I did not enable, and there’s no drop down available otherwise to remove it. Thankfully it’s on an old debit card that’s since expired and been shredded. I wish they would have an easier system to get in touch when someone chooses to cancel.

My experience with Modern Musician has been amazing. That's almost an understatement, because in some ways it's been life changing. I love how much they all truly care about you and your progress - because they've all been there themselves. I love the fact that Michael and the whole team cares to make improvements ALL the time on their software, in their teachings and always strives to do better in every aspect. They ask for feedback daily, on their page, after every coaching call etc. And they make actual changes for the better (constantly) because of it! That's how you know they care. That's how you know that what they are teaching you isn't just fancy words - they absolutely practice what they preach. And I just love that about them. Their honest dedication to actually help people turn their music into a business and a career.

With that said, they're not gonna do the work for you (although so much of their software and coaching is beyond helpful and does more than you'd think) but it's still up to you to do the work and implement the necessary steps to your music career and figure out how to best use them to your advantage. But they do help, SO MUCH with the process of setting you up for life. That is my experience. It takes time and it's not a walk in the park and you need to be accountable for your own actions and the amount of work you put in. The work you put in equals what you gain and with their help, it really makes a difference. And I couldn't be asking for more, I am so profoundly happy with all that they've done for me.

I especially have a warm shout out to Jared Christianson, since he was the coach I met with the most. He has been completely invaluable to me and to my progress throughout this entire experience. I bombarded him with questions at every coaching call, because I wanted to make the most of every session, and not only did I get all the help I needed - he always gave me the best advice and showed me more ways than one of how to proceed with every thing I asked about. And if he couldn't help me during the call with some technical error or something, he always made sure he and the team took care of it as soon as possible and checked up on me to see that everything was in order. I have so much love and affection to Jared and the entire team of Modern Musician. Thank you guys so much for caring and creating one of the best music communities I've ever been in!

My experience so far with the Team at Modern Musician has been so great! Everyone is passionate about helping with my individual process incorporating such cool methods of building my niche fan base!
