I really like their website and services. I bought an amazing king size Chesterfield divan bed. It was honestly such a good service from start to finish. It was delivered on time and I was kept informed at all times.

Ordered my bed on 12th March and was delivered on 18th March, delivery driver messaged the day before to confirm delivery and rang 30 minutes before arriving. Although the bed itself came without assembly instructions it was actually really simple to put together, order came exactly as specified and appears good quality.

I’ve actually ordered two beds from this company now and have no complaints whatsoever - beds beautifully made and delivered super fast!

I’ve ordered beds before from Argos etc and they do not last at all.

Bed fit perfectly in the space I needed for as I used my brain and measured it up first.

I was going for Kings Size but it wouldn’t of fit.

The mattress is super supportive as well especially as I suffer with severe back problems and it stays a lot cooler than the one I had from dreams.

I would definitely recommend and would use the company again.

Excellent communication as I received several emails just to confirm what I ordered and to check that this was correct. The bed arrived on Monday and that was well within a week from ordering. Have a happy daughter at the moment

Generally my experience has been a positive one. I ordered the Laura bed with memory foam mattress. The bed arrived within 6 days of ordering which I was well impressed with after reading reviews on here. Only negative I find is that to connect the both parts of the divan base is only 2 plastic clips. The bed slides around when moving bed due to this issue. If you buy this bed buy stronger brackets

Ordered the Laura. Lovely bed and memory form mattress is extremely comfortable. Only down side is bed is flimsy to hold today as you only got 2 plastic clips to hold base together

Our new bed is awesome I ordered the 6ft absolutely massive now we have plenty of space and a comfortable night's sleep, quality of the bed is good, overall we are happy with the bed nice firm mattress thanks modern beds look forward to dealing with you again

So I ordered this bed because I had to send back a cheaper bed I got due to its damage.glad to say everything went fine from this company.polite and professional from the beginning emails exchanged.the day it was delivered a phone call 15 mins before delivery.Delivery very swift and a quick talk how to put it together.releived that the bed was fab it looks great worth the money.im really happy that I decided to get it from here .xx

AVOID AVOID AVOID… purchased the sandringham super king size bed, delivered it in the matter of days. When it arrived the quality was absolutely shocking the headboard was stitched wonky the buttons were all over and not in line,stictching missing just a disgrace for £550 pound would expect good quality for the price but not the case, they were reluctant for me to return the item in the end they agreed but took over 3 weeks to collect bearing in mind they delivered in days. Bed was collected nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund paid nearly 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund if your looking to buy a bed off this company purchase one off the back of a van and save yourself a few hundred quid.

I’ve had the worst customer experience with this company. I purchased a bed from this company and they delivered the wrong items. I unwillingly waited over 6 weeks to get the correct items delivered and they still got it wrong on the second attempt. They never answer their phones when you call. They don’t offer any sort of compensation for the poor customer services they deliver. I could’ve got the same bed £300 cheaper elsewhere but decided to stick with them. How I wish I just refused the delivery first time round. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The worst company I’ve ever bought from. I can’t wait for this pandemic to be over so I can do normal shopping.
