I bought the leather power recliner couch which is gorgeous high quality, my only complaint is it was not brought into my house even though i asked the driver to do so.

They are a scam company. Do not buy furniture from there. Didn't get what I ordered and customer service never helped me.

Beautiful bed!!
Love the new bed for my daughter, very well made.. I am very happy I found this company. Fast shipping but I wish there was little better communication with shipping. 2 pieces were supposed to be shipped and did not know when the other piece was coming. But good customer service…

Not all of the hardware was present
Not all of the hardware was present. I reached out for assistance on getting the hardware sent quickly to me as I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel. I asked for the hardware to be sent ASAP but before Thursday. I emailed someone on Saturday they responded on Sunday evening. I was told it will take 3-5 days after shipping to arrive. I received a shipping notification 4 days after emailing them that the hardware will arrive on Monday nine days after I first emailed them that I was missing hardware. Customer service is not good. I paid $13.79 for worry free protection but I've done nothing but worry. If I could return it I would.
