I was having a lot of trouble getting a refund from justzozo that I was definitely entitled to. It has been such a hassle and the responses very rude and not helpful at all. I have never dealt with a disreputable company before and this is my last time with justzozo ! Thank goodness , I did a live chat with Emily and she was extremely helpful and so nice to work with ! Finally, I will get the credit I deserve , thanks to Emily. She is very professional and an asset to the company.
