I would give 0 if I could.
Product was terrible and literally falls off without a phone in. Complete marketing hype. Customer service is just as bad, over 3 months ‘investigating’ to know not replying.
Do not use this company
So bad quality - it’s marketing hype. Do not buy this. Better to buy cheap but good quality from Amazon or Temu.

The product has not been delivered yet, so I cannot judge about the product. But helpdesk is unresponsive, they said they delivered the product, but I never received it. Horrible service and no resolution yet..
Company used a shady delivery service that stated they delivered on 12/24/24 the item and I never received it. “Proof” of delivery was a picture of the delivery person holding my package in the street. Many emails later, they refused to refund the money or send another item.
The shop is genuine but they scam you when you ask for express shipping and you pay for that .. I paid express shipping which has a respected amount regarding shipping .. today is 17/12 and I submitted my order before 02/12 and still not arrived.. tried to contact them, and for me they were lying about the shipping .. not recommended for express shipping ..
Product delivered was not the one ordered. Did not work AT ALL!!! Cheapest quality!!! Unbelievable.
The product was well built but useless in a car that doesn't have a near vertical surface to attach it to as it doesn't tilt enough. However, my complaint not about that - it is that they don't respond to, or acknowledge emails requesting a refund.
