Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a pair of beautiful green velvet shoes only to find the delivery driver had left them out in the rain! I got in touch and the customer service team were very quick to apologise and a new pair were sent very quickly. They have arranged for a pick up to come and get the ruined ones soon.
Except customer service- what a relief!
