I initially planned to do business with MOISTREET, even meeting Mohsin (assuming this is the owner) in Dubai to discuss my requirements after receiving samples that were not up to my quality standards. I ordered a new batch of samples and got no replies on WhatsApp, no updates after being given extremely late replies and false promises. Unreliable people. Please don’t even waste your time.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT ORDER. My order arrived and it was the wrong colour… I ordered a grey shimmer abaya and it came as pink. I ordered for an event and now thanks to MoiStreet I have nothing to wear. If I order something I expect it to come with the right colour. To make things worse they do not answer my emails and my messages on their WhatsApp, have no idea what to do… This is ridiculous.

unfortunately i didn't like at all .. it is like fake one .. i bought two time the same item but from namshi .. this time i bought from here .. i thought I'd get a better one
but the linen is very harsh on skin not soft like the real one.. moreover it is totally transparent ! how come! and how to wear it ? i know the previous one and it's obvious that the quality has been deteriorated

I have placed an order on 17th March (Friday) with you via Post Pay and have tried to reach you via whatsapp and tried reaching as well on the same number, left a a message to your email but never get a response. Now it’s almost the end of March and still I have not receive my order and never even get an update about it. At this point, I don’t even know if this transaction is legit. In this case, I would like to cancel my purchase and get a full refund.

They have glitchy Web services. So next time it wouldn't be a reliable online shopping for me.
