Don't Waste your Time
Firstly, their office is very rude on the regular so get ready for that. And this should have been my first red flag. They came to test my house but when the report came out they attributed the mold growth to a localized water event that occured 2 months after the damage in question was documented. So the timeline does not match at all. And it doesn't make sense that a one room small leak that wa remediated the same day caused 1/2 the walls to now be infected with mold and at the opposite side of the house. This is not humanly possible. I asked for a refund because what can you do with a $1100.00 report like this? nothing. it is unuseable and embarassing to them. They asked me to cut of 1/2 the reoport and just use the culture sample results. Well I am not going to cut your report into 2 pieces and I now don't have confidence in the samples that were taken. Obviously, the report is inaccrate and this casts a shadow on the rest of the work. Still no refund though. Don't go to these guys, its not worth it.
