Worst customer service ever. They do not cover return shipping cost. The return shipping cost is nearly same as the item price plus they add 15% restock fee for all returns. Stupid company.

I purchased a “1 World 4 Port GaN Travel Charger 170W” from Momax.net in July 2025. The charger stopped working within a year. I contacted support multiple times via email and WhatsApp, provided photos and my receipt, but received no meaningful response. Follow-ups are ignored, and the automated messages don’t lead to any resolution.
I would caution potential buyers: while the product may seem good, customer service for defective items is extremely poor, and getting a replacement or repair appears unlikely.
I bought a smart watch Momax. It arrived totally glitchy. I contacted customer service and we chatted briefly on whatsapp. They said I could return the watch but they would not pay for return delivery and they would also charge a restocking fee of 15%. I mentioned this was ILLEGAL in Australia and they have refused to speak to me since. I have tried to communcate again on whatsapp, email and phone and they keep ignoring me. They have ghosted me and won't even tell me an address to send the watch to, so they wont even process my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a charger which worked great for about 10 months. Its charging became intermittent so I contacted Momax for an exchange under their warranty. They asked for further information which I had largely already provided so I provided again. Despite writing via email and calling the Hong Kong number given by the agents email signature they have stopped responding. Sad as the products seem good otherwise. Just don't expect any help if they go wrong.
I purchased a momax magsafe powerbank on bestbuy. Although the build quality and material is good, the charging performance falls short. My iPhone showed it was a slow charger, the battery bank and phone gets uncomfortably hot, and the magnet isn't all that strong (this is without using a phone case too). This isn't what I'm mainly here to write about... I return the product the next day and gave a week after delivery to wait for my refund. Bestbuy says it should take 2 business days to see outcome after delivery. I had to take the initiative to message this non proactive vendor about the refund. In the end I dispute it with paypal.
Purchased a power bank (Q.MAG X1) from them that is supposed to be Qi2 certified. The power bank does not charge my phone. I have tried other Qi2 power banks and they charge my phone.
Tried 3 times to contact them via their support-form on momax.net but did not get an answer.
Sent mail telling them that I will dispute the purchase with my bank. After that they sent a reply asking for more information, which I provided promptly. Now they are silent again.
Bad products and bad customer support.
I am from Europe. Fortunately I have received my parcel after 4 weeks. It took a little to receive everything, but It worked.
Honestly all the other bad reviews threatened me 😂😂 and I was starting to resign on my order.
I leave 4 stars because of the customer service. They replied different times with the same email.
Do not contact them on WS or on Instagram either. It is only a waste of time, you will never get a response!
NEVER purchase from Momax. I ordered 19th December and product was 'delivered' according to them, but it never arrived. I believe it was never sent. I asked multiple times for help and refunds but was just gaslit. Please go elsewhere to shop
Wish I researched more about this website. Found out here and through Reddit that a lot of people have experienced similar issues. I ordered from their site from an FB ad. Shops here in the country sell Momax products so I thought this was legit. More than 10 days, no email from them aside from the order confirmation. Have sent them emails and WhatsApp messages, no responses. Do not buy from the Momax.net website if you don't want a headache.
SCAM. Paid €16 for a cable and €6.95 extra shipping, never arrived. Supposedly it was shipped a whole 17 days after I actually ordered it. They pretended it arrived, then stopped responding to emails. Utterly useless parasites. Avoid!!!
I feel completely scammed.
Two weeks ago, I purchased a Q2.Mag 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 15W Magnetic Wireless Charging Stand from Momax official website as a gift for my partner. Its website states that orders typically arrive within approximately 7 days after processing.
Yet here I am, two weeks later, $126 out of my account, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company through every official channel available, my order hasn’t been processed, I haven’t received a single response, and there’s been no update whatsoever.
Now, I’m left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank and fight to get my money back.
I received a product that does not work, at all. I have written to their customer support email, like they tell you to do on their web site. Have I received a single reply? No...
I took advantage of their 20% valentine sale... This was the first time I purchase directly from their website... and boy I wished I looked at the reviews on here first... They did not dispatch the item and are ignoring all my emails after they have taken my money... Beware!
I placed an order on December 20th and was hopeful for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. I sent multiple emails following up on my order status, but I never received a helpful or concrete reply.
Frustrated, I eventually requested to cancel the order, but after that, Momax.net completely stopped responding to my emails. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability and responsiveness. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service to prevent others from facing the same frustration I did.
I am extremely frustrated with my recent order placed on 4/12/24. Despite the expected delivery date passing, I have yet to receive my items. I attempted to reach out to customer service for assistance, but I did not receive any response.
This lack of communication and failure to deliver my order is unacceptable. I had high hopes for this purchase, but this experience has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this seller based on my current experience.
