We can confirm the item was not faulty, and as requested, we accepted the return and issued a full refund. In line with our policy, return shipping costs apply when items are returned due to personal preference rather than a defect.

Disappointing
A suit was sent to me, clearly the wrong size and the stitching down both sides had been taken out, you could see the overlock stitching was visible and damaged material at the bottom. Took a while to get a response, however I did get a refund.
Return policy is only 14 days and you have to pay for postage, was unable to return in time and not even offered a credit note or exchange.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you reaching out. Our 14-day return period is a fairly standard policy. After reviewing your order, we can see that you returned one of the suits within that timeframe, and it was successfully refunded.
The second return request was made outside of the 14-day window, after you had a change of mind. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns beyond the two-week period.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The outfits were exactly as expected. The only thing is the cost of returns/exchange, you have to pay p&p. There is also a deduction for the p&p of your original order if the return makes the over all price come down below the free p&p threshold. And then theres the delivery cost for the suit you want exchanged. All in all it can become as costly as the actual suit. I understand the logistics of this as a business and MOMINA are very transparent. But if your ordering clothes, especially for chn, you will most likely need an adjusted size. Something for customers to factor in when placing an order.

In most cases, we cover the delivery cost of sending the exchange parcel back, as long as the customer sends the suit to us. But in this case, your original order had free delivery discount, plus we gave you additional discount as goodwill, which was valued more than the delivery cost. This is why we mentioned that we cannot give further discounts on the same order and cover extra delivery costs, as we still have to pay for the courier service, especially considering it was a low value suit. I hope you understand why we had to take this decision.

Hi. I've looked into your order and the refund was processed the day before you wrote this review. As mentioned in our previous email, the automated email confirming your refund is only sent out once your bank has responded to us with a confirmation of a completed refund. If you havent received that email yet, then its probably still in process. Depending on your bank, this can take a few days to complete.
Rest assured, everything from our end has already been completed.

It was a shame my order was not…
It was a shame my order was not complete and was refunded at the discounted price. Instead it should be made notice when ordering that it’s not in stock to change the order there and then to avoid refunds. The clothes were as good as the pictures and with the lawn it needs to be stated whether the clothes have been shrunk before hand

Hi. Thank you for the feedback. From the 6 suits on that order, 1 was not available in stock, hence it was refunded. This doesn’t happen often, but occasionally there can be stock count errors. We do our best to keep this to a minimum. Also, in regards to the refund, since there was a 10% discount code used on the order, the amount paid for that suit was the exact amount refunded.
