​Absolute nightmare service—fake products run by pathological liars.
​I ordered two high-end designer perfumes from Mom Perfumes on July 14th as a gift for an upcoming event. What followed was a month-long marathon of pure deception.
​For the first 7 days, I called daily just to get a status update. Every single day, guys named Ankur or Rishabh picked up and gave me the exact same line: "It shipped today!" Complete and total lies. They clearly couldn't care less about their customers or their own business. The best part? A third employee named Sagar accidentally let the truth slip on a separate call: they didn't even have the perfumes in stock.
​But wait, it gets better.
​After a full month of daily phone calls, the package finally arrived—and both perfumes were complete fakes.
​At this point, I can't do anything except cry in a corner and marvel at their abysmal service. Consider yourselves warned: save yourself the heartbreak and spend a few extra bucks elsewhere. Getting scammed with counterfeit products is just not worth it.

I have the entire chat history and the call recordings, in case you wonder but I shoved it up my a**, as they don't give a fu*k after multiple followups.

I placed an order on MOMPerfume.in, lured by their promise of 24-hour dispatch and authentic fragrances. It’s now been over 48 hours — the product hasn't been shipped, and there’s been absolutely no response to my emails, WhatsApp messages, or website queries.

This kind of ghosting after payment is unacceptable. There's no tracking, no customer support, and no clear cancellation or refund policy. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this website at all costs.

I’ve now filed a formal complaint through consumerhelpline.gov.in, and I strongly advise others to do the same if you’ve had a similar experience.

Until they improve their service, this site is untrustworthy and should be treated with caution.
