DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. REFUNDS ARE A PAIN AND THEY WILL TAKE 60% OF WHAT YOU PAID AND YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK. If I could give this website less than 1 star I would. I ordered 3 dresses for my maternity shoot this month and neither ended up fitting me right. Too loose in some spots or too tight. I emailed them the day I received the dresses because I read online you have 7 days to return the items. They gave me a hard time about returning them. They originally asked if they could pay me 25% of what I paid for the order and have me keep the dresses. I said I just wanted the full refund so then they said I’d have to pay for shipping. I asked why because nowhere on their return policy does it say we are responsible for the shipping not to mention I already paid for shipping to receive the items. They then offered to only compensate me 40% of my order and advised me I’d still be paying for shipping. Like what an absolute joke. I spent over $100 on the website and it’s not my fault I’m too fat to fit in their dresses. Not to mention the quality of the dresses aren’t great. Only 1 of the dresses was made well. The other 2 were see through and the material felt cheap. I’m super disappointed. Mind you this whole encounter with their “customer service team” was through email. The number I called didn’t go through. I emailed them back and fourth for a week with less than favorable results. I ended up keeping the drssses. I’m going to attempt to resell them, wish me luck.

Can I do 0 star? because these website don’t deserve 1 star, I made my order (3dresses) for my baby shower probably 2 months before my special day, I had never received my package and they never refunded my money. These people steal from their customers. If you don't receive your package, they tell you it's not their fault and they won't give you your money back.

The worst place to by drsss and good luck getting your money back I wish I knew better when I got 3 dress and they were horrible

Bought a dress for $74, it was see through, to tight, and was not going to work for the occasion I bought it for. So I emailed to start a return and they asked me to send a picture and detail why I wanted to return. I did what they asked and never heard back. I emailed again asking what I need to do next, they will not return my emails.

I was very pleased that the dresses arrived quickly and in great condition. The dresses looks just like the pictures online. I am so excited to wear it for my upcoming events!

Horrible terrible bad quality been trying to get a hold of them to return an item. That was way too small. Have not heard back from them. Wrote emails. Even PayPal is giving me a hard time.

Horrible!! Ordering was easy. But the dresses I received were poor/cheap quality, and completely see through. I reached out to customer service to start a return. Was asked to send pictures of what was wrong with the dresses. Was then told I was responsible for shipping, I was given the address (China) and told to go to UPS to see if I wanted to pay for shipping. Shipping to the address provided was around $150. The company does not help whatsoever. I DONT RECOMMEND!

I should have known better than to order from this website. What I ordered looked completely different online than what I received. I contacted customer service that I wanted to return the items and they kept wanting me to send pictures. They first told me I could return if I pay for shipping to China or I only get 25% back if I kept the items. When I disagreed they told me they’d refund me if I gave them 5 star reviews. SO DONT believe any of the good reviews you read because they make people write them in order to issue full refunds. What a horrible company.

Momyknows has been an amazing partner for me! It started off when I purchased clothing from them for my maternity shoot and baby shower. The quality of the clothing was really good! Following my self driven review of their product, they asked if they could send me additional clothing for my honest reviews. I loved all of the items that they sent me! They were quick with shipping, and thorough with communication. I highly recommend purchasing and doing business with Momyknows!

My experience was horrible. I was excited for my baby shower dress to come but never received my package. I emailed customer service and they gave me some BS excuse that the package was signed for but I have a ring camera at my house and no package ever arrived. They asked me to go find it at the local post office which was not there either. This company is a scam, the customer service sucks. You’ll be wasting your money!!

Highly recommend Momyknows for maternity clothing and dresses… I purchased my babyshower dress from this site and I could not have been happier. Please make sure you look at garment sizing to ensure you’re getting the right fit for you mommy bod.. but trust me, you won’t be disappointed 🤍

Ordering went great and the items came quickly buy what I ordered vs what I received was completely different. I reached out to be “approved” for a return and was asked to give details about what didn’t work about the items, (which part of the body it didn’t fit). Then given 2 options: pay to mail it back to China to get a “full refund” or keep the items and be compensated 20-25% of what I paid for the items and a strong insistence on taking the compensation. Received my dress with a rip in it. Quality of product was poor but they were quick to respond and rectify the problem.

Ordered 2 dresses for the upcoming wedding. Both were beautiful. Shipping takes about a month to US, so plan accordingly.

Absolutely horrible. Very poor material and there is no normal return policy. They make you send a ton of emails back and forth to someone from China who tries to convince you to keep it. Then they tell you to go to the post office and find out how much the shipping cost is to send back. Horrible company - do not order from.

Don't shop from them, they are a horrible company. I got a maternity dress for my baby shower, but it didn't fit me and I wanted to return it. I wrote them immediately and got one response. I emailed them twice because they ignored me. They said that I would need to pay for my own shipping back to China if I want to return the item and receive a full refund, or I can receive a 20% amount compensation. I spent $60 and got nine dollars back. I won't shop with them ever again.
