I’ve tried countless skincare products over the years, but Monderma is genuinely the best cream I’ve ever used. I have combination skin and have always been prone to breakouts, particularly around my chin and jawline, so finding something that works without irritating my skin has been a challenge.

After using Monderma consistently, I’ve noticed a real improvement in both the texture and appearance of my skin. My breakouts have reduced significantly, my skin feels much calmer, and my complexion looks clearer and healthier overall. I turned 50 and suddenly found myself dealing with hyperpigmentation, hormonal acne and the first noticeable wrinkles. Never thought it would happen to me. After trying various products without success, I decided to try a personalised prescription from Monderma.

My first prescription contained:
Tretinoin 0.025% to improve skin renewal and fine lines,
Azelaic Acid 3% to help with acne and uneven pigmentation,
Ectoine 5% to support the skin barrier and keep my skin hydrated.

And it worked really well, after about two months I could already see a difference. My hormonal acne disappeared, my hyperpigmentation improved, and overall my skin looked healthier and smoother.

I'm now around four months into my treatment, and after a follow-up consultation my prescription has been adjusted with a higher strength and additional ingredients specifically targeting pigmentation.

I like that I can adjust the treatment based on what my skin needs. I feel also I am saving money by not buying 5 creams to do the same as this one.

I have been extremely impressed with the service I've received. The team has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and accommodate my needs. Communication has been excellent throughout, and they have gone above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.

I’ve been using Monderma for a month and have already noticed a marked improvement in my skin even though I’m on a low strength at the moment. I’ve had no adverse reaction and will be increasing the prescription and look forward to seeing the results. Can’t recommend it enough and the company are extremely efficient and helpful.

Absolutely terrible website and customer service. They do not send password reset links despite multiple attempts — I have checked spam, junk, and all mail folders. I also tried using the contact form on their website, but it automatically inserts a full stop and then gives an “invalid characters” error, making it impossible to send a message.

I have emailed their support address as well and received no response. Meanwhile, they are still attempting to take subscription payments while I am trying to cancel the subscription.

I’ve been using Monderma tretinoin for over 6 months and i’ve had many compliments about my skin which looks so much smoother with less pigmentation. I’ve also been using on the back of my hands and the results are really good, Easy to use and important to use a good sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from UV.

I've been struggling with acne and hyperpigmentation for almost a decade a tried lots of otc products as well as prescribed medication and nothing worked so far except for the formula made by Monderma which i've been using for a month and already my hyperpigmentation is fading away. Now i can confidently look in the mirror and be happy with what i see.

Amazing formulation, a tretinoin that I can actually use 4 times a week without irritation. I wish they have minoxidil based products.

I’m on my 4th month with Moderma. The first two months I was using Hydroquinone which was excellent and got rid of some hyperpigmentation. The next few months I’ve been using Tretinoin which is notoriously difficult to get in the UK. I really love the formulations! My only suggestion would be to start making reusable packaging. The product packaging is excellent but a refillable type pot would be more eco friendly. Special shout out to Oliver who has always been super responsive, kind and giving excellent advice and customer service.

In my fourth month. I have used 0.025% tretinoin, 4% hydroquinone, and 2% niacinamide. Fine lines have slightly improved, and pigmentation has improved quite visibly. Good customer service.

I’d been using regular high-street products for years and whilst okay never really seeing any particular results. So I decided to give Monderma's customer formula a try. I'd heard good things about Tretinoin creams and whilst I was a little uncertain to switch I’ve so impressed with the results and their customer service. They really know what they are doing and have come up with a great product.

After a short initial survey and a photo upload I was prescribed a formula and this neat package arrived in the post within a few days with clear directions for use nightly.

I’ve been using this product for nearly two months now and the results have been impressive. It’s smooth to apply and before long my skin developed a notable radiant glow. I’ve also noticed an improvement to my completion with the red facial thread veins fading in prominence leaving me with healthier looking and feeling skin.

The company have recently been in touch to confirm my formula would be changing and and I’ve been really impressed with their support and customer service.

This cream is truly fantastic. I use it every day and I really notice my skin looking better with far fewer blemishes. I recommend these products, especially since they are vegan and suitable for every skin type.

I’m in my 60’s and it has made my skin smoother and brighter - and I’ve ditched the foundation in favour of the natural glow!

I have been using Monderma for 2 months now & there is a definite improvement in my skin. The formula is made specifically for my individual skin type & I am experiencing a brighter, smoother, more even skin tone & those annoying little lumps & bumps underneath the skin have pretty much disappeared. I regularly receive compliments on my skin & I’m 72 years old. Highly recommend this product.
