Not really good service they got me in to debts and cut my allowance down to 20 pounds due because they can't handle reports I know this because my social worker told me they keep asking remove the review and they asked her manager to.
Also to add I did request on there app in and out comes and they declined share with me so to me there's red flag here of this service how they treating people and not sending it the information to me or my social worker i do wounder how they still operating when lot people complaining about them and how they treating people
Looking on reviews on trust pilot they are botting there reviews defently they doing somthing whats not right specially on Google 3.2 on here 3.4 nice try money carers i will still show shame to your service and won't be silenced
I have opened a trust fund and placed the funds here, all my questions were answered over the weeks leading up to my opening the account. The people I contacted on numerous occasions could not have been more helpful, I needed navigating through the system and how it worked, as I’m not great with these things and the patience shown by Sam and Noah was fantastic, they could not have been more helpful, transferring of funds was a breeze after the help given as stated before. All in all superb service I cannot praise the contacts who helped me enough.
Trying to obtain a money carer card and portal is quite primitive plus not getting responses to my emails/secure message so telephoned and told to call again when documents uploaded!
