Everyone at Moneypenny is a pleasure to deal with. I find them efficient, courteous and pro-active in handling our calls and enquiries. Very occasionally a call may be handled incorrectly but this is rare and Moneypenny are always quick to respond and to try and rectify a situation to avoid it from happening again.

Moneypenny has become an important extension of the Different Straights Team. From day one, the customer service has been impeccable and I would not change any of it. I use their 24/7 receptionist and webchat services. My experience of their competitors in comparison to Moneypenny is that Moneypenny completely dominates their industry and I have not found another company that provides such a service to the level that I receive.
