Terrible customer service and response time
We have been trying to get a response for 25 days: we have paid out our loan and are waiting acknowledgment. Have called numerous times and after 20 mins being on hold we get cut off or asked to leave a message with no response. Numerous emails sent and no response. Think twice before dealing with this company.

The process was so fast and easy , I didn’t expect to apply for a loan that morning and have that money in my account that same day
