They were very interactive

They were very upfront, Honest and forthcoming with all the information. Whenever I had a question they answered efficiently and professionally. Overall, a wonderful experience.

What began as a promising sales pitch…

What began as a promising sales pitch in the website's initial callback conversation with the company in FL has become an unacceptable communication endeavor with the outsourced "tax professional." She waited past the final hour to let us know THEY had the wrong first digit for the taxpayer ID. She insisted the FL office did not include the L11 form in our file, and she needed me to resend it to her. I did at 8:52 am on 05/21/2025. She previously had made the excuse that she was waiting for the IRS to approve the POAs they had sent in. She again said she was sending (calling) it in right then. If there was a problem with the POA forms, we should have been notified immediately, not the day before the deadline, (May 22, 2025). Once again, in her email to me on May 21, 2025, at 5:47 pm she insisted that she needed to confirm my husband's name and SS# so she could call the IRS with the POA information. The confirmation of name and SS#, the LT-*- form had been texted, called in, and emailed to her by both my husband and me multiple times. The SS# was given to the original representative from FL on a recorded conversation that my husband and I were both part of. The digits were clearly given and repeated back, then confirmed. I confronted the "tax professional" from Cedar Falls, VA regarding the frustration and she answered with "Stop this, or I will block you. I now deal with your husband only." They charged $6800 (so far). If it were up to me only, I would get the initial down payment of $680 back and cancel the subsequent monthly payments. She has become a real source of chaos by placing the blame everywhere but on herself and has tried to pull off the "You have to listen to me because I am trying to help you" effect. If my husband wants to keep her, I at least want her to get things done, not give updated excuses about why she is PAST THE DEADLINE for doing what we are being charged so heavily for.

I have been with this company f0r 3 1/2…

I have been with this company f0r 3 1/2 years and nothing has happen. I have had 6 Tax Analyst and they are no longer at the company. I paid them 5, 000 or more and the interest on my tax has increase. Please do not invest in this company I am seeking legal action.

Dishonest, scam, horrible customer service!

My husband and I signed up with this company who charged us over 13,000 to help us settle debt. Our representative has disappeared and the new person will not email us or call us back. DO NOT use this company. They are a scam, they do not do anything that they claim. We will be attempting to get our money back since the debt they were supposed to help us will has accrued over 20,000 in additional fee’s, interest. Please do not use this company. They will take your money and then do nothing.

These people scammed my elderly father…

These people scammed my elderly father out of a few hundred dollars before I stopped it.

They all deserve to be in jail for what they do to vulnerable people.

But for now, take some time out of your day and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

This company is such a scam

This company is such a scam! They will make promises and take your money. I just called the IRS and they have no record of any agreement ever on my file. Stay away.

When I called them back they told me the IRS is lying. So who is lying? I don't know but I'm out $3500 for this scam company. Disgusting business that preys upon vulnerable people.

Please stay away - Bait and Switch

Please stay away! This company seem to be full of games and scams. I'm throughly upset and frustrated that I have been tossed around multiple times, ghosted, etc. I started speaking to them in September and bought into the whole sales pitch ..... Once they get you hooked into an expensive payment plan (nearly $6k and paid 10% for them to get started then another payment the following month totalling ~1k) you can forget about hearing back from them without having to chase and hunt someone down!!! They simply do not return calls!!

The 1st Analyst never communicated with me beyond the 1st email. Then I had to ask to be reassigned to another person, who never responded or returned my calls after her initial email.... The third person finally did call and took more information. I re-explained my situation and circumstances and he seemed to genuinely care. However, a week later he sent me an email telling me what I already knew!!! It's like they didn't do anything but reach out to the IRS just to tell me how much I owed and what the payment plan would be that the IRS offered. Like I could have (and did) do that myself!!! You mean to tell me you all charge people 6k just to tell them what they already know from the IRS??!! I called the IRS myself and worked something out to cease collections efforts.

I finally told them I give up and wanted a refund. have to return my call so that I can confirm and revoke the POA with the IRS as well .

I've been trying to get someone to call me back for days now so that I can officially close this out and seek a refund since I worked out my own arrangements with the IRS!!

RUN FAST!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if I don't hear back ASAP!

A completely bogus scam company that…

A completely bogus scam company that will take your money and not do any of the work they originally stated they'll do. They also give you the run around telling you that what was originally proposed was not part of the work opted for. The individual I spoke with tells you you're going to be taken care of provides you with his contact number and then ignores all calls.

Beware of this scam company and all the scammers working for them.

WARNING!

I FEEL TOTALLY ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY AND AM IN MORE TROUBLE THAN I WAS WHEN I OPENED AND PAID THEM. IN DEALING WITH THE STATE TAX ISSUE FOR ME. STATE TAX DEPT. SAID THEY WERE NEVER CONTACTED BY THEM, I WAS RECENTLY GARNISHED FROM MY SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK PUTTING ME MORE IN DEBT. I CALLED COMPANY AND TOLD CASE WAS COMPLETED YET NEVER RECEIVED ANY PROOF, DOCUMENTATION OR NOTIFICATION OF NEGATIVE RESULTS OR ARRANGEMENTS, (THEY COULDN'T BE FOUND IN MY FILE AT THIS TIME). JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND FILED ME AWAY. ONLY SUGGESTION WAS TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER CARELESS DEPARTMENT. TO RESEARCH MY ACCOUNT. I'M A PERMANENTLY DISABLED PERSON TRYING TO MAKE IT BY ON A MONTHLY CHECK THAT DOESN'T COVER THE COST OF LIVING.

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I paid a lot for their services and they essentially did nothing. The lady I worked with was not helpful and would often forget to send me timely documents that she promised to send. It was a terrible experience and a total waste of money and time.

Sorry we did this.

They will not return my emails. They have a significant amount of my money. All communication from them has stopped. We will be looking for a refund. Unconsciousble treatment and not related to what I was promised. Five days later still no contact. I was promised manager intervention, that hasn't happened. All communication has stopped from their end. This will get a canned response, no fixes. Imagine still no call or no fix, I want my money back!

I have not been contacted about whether or not my taxes have been filed. I have completed my last payment and still no email or phone in the last month. Is this company in business to help people or what? Please pay my money back if you have not done the work.

I cant recommend this organization

I cant recommend this organization. I believe I was grossly over charged for the services I received. My representative does not return my calls or emails. I recommend looking for a local accountant to assist. After speaking with another organization I found the charges would have been 1/8th of what I'm paying MoneySolver.
I gave them a 2 because they did negotiate payments with the IRS and refiled one tax year. All in all huge waste of money.

Total scam

Total scam. Signed up with them 10 days ago after being turned over to collection by the IRS explaining that I had a window before communication was due to that collection company. I was told they could get to work immediately and keep this off my credit and work out payment arrangements and yet all they have done is taken my money and eaten up the clock, putting me in an even worse bind than before. The only follow-up they offer is automated emails telling me they will be in touch.

I trusted this company to assist me with my debt paid them 2500 sent info and have been waiting for results when I call I don’t get a response I was serious about needing help if they couldn’t I would at least like a response or refund if they couldn’t held I need to have responsible help I sent and responded to you people can’t afford to be ripped off I am currently I’ll and have a very sick person to care for so I was trying to clear up some issues but apparently made it worse only God be the judge if you weren’t honest

Buyer Beware

Buyer beware! They won’t effectively advocate or communicate with you. Please research them. They have a A+ rating with the BBB but you need to read the actual reviews. They don’t follow up with concerns and case managers don’t seem to be knowledgeable. Please be careful and research them. They seem more concerned with sales than actually helping the client. Beware!
*** When I paid you nothing was done and my bank account was frozen and I received a lien to which I was told to ignore. The money wasted on you all could have gone towards my tax bill. It should not take 2 months to file taxes that were completed in November. Payment stopped when I realized my case manager had not done anything. I even emailed his supervisor and she never replied. You really need to check your case managers. You know they are not following up or providing a decent level of customer service. My advice PLEASE READ THE ACTUAL REVIEWS.PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS! There are other companies with a more trustworthy reputation and proven track record. They keep flagging my reviews because they know they didn’t follow through with helping me. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Don’t make my mistake. I actually ended up getting a payment plan on my own as they NEVER contacted the IRS or the State. Money I spent on this company could have gone towards my debt. Please read reviews and research!

SAVE YOUR MONEY-TALK TO THE IRS FIRST

Got into a contract with this company on September 2022 to help me with tax issues that I had. I don't want to go into a lot of details, but safe to say, they did nothing for me. They collected $2700 from me but never contacted the IRS to make any kind of agreement or payment plan. Like many of you, my case was passed around from one "tax expert" to another. The first one wouldn't return phone calls and the final one was unbelievably unhelpful. I finally got fed up and called and terminated their services. The same day, got on the phone with the IRS and was able to accomplish in 2 hours on the phone what this company couldn't in 6 MONTHS. The only thing that these people know how to do well is to collect your money every month. They never fail at that. My advise to the general public: Just call the IRS directly. Talk with them and have a real discussion with them about the issues. I found that they are willing to help you get your tax issue finalized. Don't pay this company to do what you can do for free over the phone.
