The boss woman was so rude
The boss woman was so rude. Shop was empty. I walked up to pay. As I approached she put her hand up and said wait. And continued to look at her iPad til thing. And another staff turned up and ordered her to look after me. So rude. Manners cost nothing.

A true ambassador for the company and Homewood school.

Bal provided us with a lovely shopping experience at the Chatham store. She was helpful and considered with the whole process of finding the right sizes for our child. The shop was neat, clean and tidy. Will definitely return again!

visited the Chatham store today, was welcomed by a lovely lady called Bal. she was very attentive, went above and beyond to help me find the correct uniform for my son.
She’s an Absolute credit to the store, keeping the shop floor immaculate which was the first thing I noticed when I walked in.

Excellent staff
Today was our first visit to the shop to look at secondary school uniform. Carlo was SO helpful and happy for my daughter to try on whatever she needed to. There was no pressure to buy! Carlo was brilliant at knowing the school policy for the uniform, what usually sells out most quickly, what items are sometimes difficult to get stock. He was also great at suggestions sizes for various items.

Could do with more measurements for uniforms
My daughter had outgrown some of her uniform and so I ordered a new sweater and blazer. They were sent out very quickly and we received them within three days.
One piece of feedback. The only measurement for the blazer was the chest measurement. I am not sure if returns would be free or not, but it would be better if the sleeve length was also available, perhaps the only blazer length.
While her blazer fit fine, if the sleeves are a tad too long, but it would have been nice to have more information. Also more information about the number of pockets, I was glad it had the same amount of pockets as the previous Linela blazer.
