Det man optjener og vil have overført til PayPal loves inde 3 dage nu er der gået snart 14 dage og intet modtaget ca 80 kr og det er nu sket 2 gange og de svarer ikke på mail

Jag är djupt besviken på det sätt med vilket ert kundcenter inte besvarar eller återkommer till mig. Jag har flera gånger mejlat och bett om ett svar betr mina två GoGift presentkort som jag beställde när jag löste in mina poäng. Ett på SEK 100 och ett på SEK 50, men dessa har bara varit som bortblåsta och vid kontakt mer ert kundcenter så fick jag ärende id samt löfte om att ni skulle återkoppla till mig. Det har nu gått 3 månader!!!??? sedan min korrespondens med er började och jag har fortfarande INTE HÖRT NÅGOT!!! Stor besvikelse då jag endast bad om återkoppling OCH OERHÖRT DÅLIG KUNDSERVICE. I requested for withdrawal since feb 3rd and i haven't received it yet, is this a scam? They don't even reply to messages on their support

Tried to log in several times and tells me wrong sign in details. Tried to change password several times but no email received for new password. I have been receiving surveys by email so must be the right amail address.. I have now unsubscribed and lost my reward points.
Would not recommend this site.

I've applied for two rewards and received nothing they don't respond to your queries it's a con site avoid like the plague I'd give them minus 100 stars they are a disgrace customer service zilch and we're making them money and it's less than you'd earn in a Chinese sweat shop

I started using Monosurveys earlier this year and started building up for a reward. I'm passed the minimum amount in GBP but they say that it needs to be Euros. I've raised a case and had no reply at all. I also wanted to change my email address and again raised a case but still nothing. I have now given up and have successfully closed my account.

daß man ab und an als nicht geeignet bezeichnet wird , ist aus meiner Sicht soweit im Rahmen.

Ibland ologiska följdfrågor. Oftare måste man uppdatera tidigare i samma enkät givna fakta.
Dessutom blir man snabbt utblockad emellanåt.
Jag avslutar härmed mitt samarbete med er och utgår från snabb betalning.

I have received payment from this people twice this year, €20 successfully. Wrote several messages, but they later replied me one day and opened my withdrawal section
But with the reviews am seeing 👀 here, I'm a bit scared and worried tho....but well, I will keep earning with them

Fed up of going through long surveys to be told at the end that either I don't fit the criteria or they are full. I think they are a con
