Don’t buy from this company it might actually be be a fake company- 6 weeks later no shoes. I have emailed to the company on the email and via the links no reply ever. I have attempted to copy the ulr and complain via the shopify app but it won’t accept the ulr. I have requested a refund via my bank as I believe it is a scam.

Ordered a pair of shorts (Order # M05481) that were suppose to be made of cotton. What I got was some weird stretch material. Totally different from what was pictured. You can't call them to return so I filled out there online form several time with my order information. They have never gotten back with. This is one big scam company with cheap products from China.

Please do NOT buy from this company the products are NOT genuine. The customer service is awful. Do not waste your time or money. !

Ordered a pair of running shoes on 7th May it's 29th May and they still havent arrived and I've sent around 10 emails and no one has replied.

Theyt tried to charge me twice for 1 item, then never sent anything. Had to get AMEX to get my money back-total scammers

I ordered a pair of running shoes. Took 3 weeks before I received them. Order #MO4817.
They sent the wrong size!
Requested a return label to exchange them (twice) and I have not heard back.
Wondering if this is a real company or a scam. Terrible experience.
Do not order anything from them. Plenty of reputable competitors that care about their client. Avoid Monstaonline!

100% guaranteed scam site. I rang the bank to mark as fraud and they already knew that this is a scan company. They also told me that the company had stored my bank details. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Unfortunately, I suspect this is a scam.

1. The company is not what it seems. It advertises itself on its UK site as UK owned and operated. On any other site (e.g. US) it advertises itself as US owned and operated. Moreover, despite having an alleged registered address in the US, the goods are clearly shipped straight from China.

2. I agree with the previous reviewer that the company does not respond when contacted. I chased my delivery twice and never received a reply.

3. Reviewers elsewhere have flagged this as a scam: "It's a scam site. Registered until March 2026 through a Chinese company. If you go to the website and search for the website physical address, you'll find that the website was reviewed by a firm previously used to register fake websites."

4. I finally did receive the running shoes I bought. It's very hard to tell - they look pretty genuine - but I suspect they're fakes due to various manufacturing defects present that should not be present in running shoes from that brand.

Think this is a scam site, placed the order Uk site and 5 days later got an email to say a delivery notification had been opened in china. 5 days later the parcel still hasnt been picked up. Have emailed the customer services but as of yet ive not heard back from them. Im am going to request my bank does a chargeback against them.

Do NOT buy anything from this company! I ordered trainers which took ages to come . They were not suitable so I emailed them for a returns label . Despite contacting them several times they haven't replied sent a returns label . There is no communication whatsoever. Once they have your money they don't want to know . They have a returns policy but you can't return anything without a label . Which they won't send . I would advise anyone not to buy from this company as once they have your money they DONT care if you are satisfied. Buyer beware!
