Highly recommend the mugs!
We ordered several mugs - black with various designs for friends and family. They arrived in excellent condition and exactly as pictured. I bought one for myself and have used it, run it through the dishwasher and used it again several times. The colors stay vivid, the cups easy to hold and comfortable. We will be buying more for the holidays!

Was unsure but a good company
Was on the fence as some reviews were good and some were bad but took a chance and it paid off , the item looks amazing , my BIL will love them when xmas comes , they arrived way before the delivery date stated

Finally, a T -Shirt of decent fabric weight and quality. The (Oversized Comfort T-Shirt) I ordered in I am very happy with for a Transfer Print. The only thing that could possibly make it any better would be in a DTG print format. Very Happy.

Ignores own returns policy
I checked the returns policy before ordering as I was unsure of the sizing. When I emailed asking to exchange for a smaller size they replied pretty quickly and I was told that after reviewing my request they can only offer for me to send the T-shirt back and they will "only" charge me 50% of a new T-shirt in a smaller size. I replied with a screenshot of their returns policy showing the item matched the criteria for an exchange and I have heard nothing back. I have emailed again since and have still heard nothing. A very disingenuous company who don't follow their own policies and ignore customers emails when questioned.
