My wife ordered 3 montessori style book cases at different heights for our child's bedroom. All came with defectively after 4-week shipment from China, (not that all products from China are bad) this was just not done properly. Several of the pilot holes were not in alignment so if you assembled the flat pack pieces together the shelfs were not going to be level, questionable if it would be safe to use around children in general. No instructions were provided like it state on their website either. It was just unfinished boards with tiny plastic screw driver and bubblewrap bag with screws but not particle boards. They were all shipped in to very thin beat up cardboard boxes with a ton of tape making use of the boxes again not possible. They then fail to fully honor her refund request dragging my wife through refund options with telling her to DIY it to fix their own poor craftmanship with a 50% refund. Only to then offer 100% if she ships it back we still not sure if they will cover the full cost of shipping it back after a recent email from them. Either way stay away from this website and company they are not legit. Their contact phone number is a Whats app number too. All responds via email been a AI generated response as well.
