I have used Montrose Conveyancing 3 times in the past 18 months: Firstly to sell a house, then to go through a couple of mis-steps before finally landing the new home we wanted. The service and advice that Katie provided was timely and excellent, and stopped me from making a couple of bad decisions before settling on the right property. We completed about 10 weeks after the initial offer was agreed, and could have been quicker if the other end had got their act together.
