Outstanding Service from Start to Finish – Mood Dental Clinic, Antalya
Before I start this review, I want to make it absolutely clear that I do not work for Mood Dental Clinic. We are UK citizens who travelled to Antalya for dental treatment, and this review is based solely on our own experiences.
Our journey began in the UK, where I met representatives from Mood Dental Clinic who explained the procedures clearly, professionally, and transparently. Having spent many months researching dental clinics abroad, Mood stood out from the rest. They maintained regular contact without ever being pushy or pestering us. They simply did what they said they would do.
After careful consideration, my wife and I decided to proceed with Mood Dental Clinic for the dental treatment we both required.
We arrived in Antalya on 15th June 2026 feeling nervous, apprehensive, and unsure of what to expect. What followed exceeded every expectation we had.
From the moment we arrived, the professionalism, organisation, and customer care were exceptional. We were collected from the airport and transferred to our hotel. Shortly afterwards, we received a WhatsApp message confirming our collection time for the following morning. Communication throughout our stay was excellent—regular updates, clear information, and genuine care without ever becoming intrusive.
On arriving at the clinic, we were taken for X-rays and tomography scans. The results were explained thoroughly and honestly. We then met individually with the General Manager, who discussed our treatment plans in detail. To our surprise, the final treatment requirements actually came in lower than the original quotation.
My treatment involved full extractions and implant placement, which took approximately 90 minutes. My wife underwent root canal treatment, extractions, and implants under sedation, spending around three hours in surgery. Despite the scale of the procedures, we experienced very little discomfort. The clinic provided all necessary medication, including antibiotics, pain relief, and mouthwash, and regularly checked on our wellbeing throughout the recovery period.
What impressed me most was their commitment to quality. When I returned for my temporary teeth fitting, the clinician noticed that one tooth was approximately 1.5mm out of alignment. Although I was happy with it, he was not. The temporary teeth were removed and adjusted. The following day, another minor issue was identified, and once again they refused to settle for anything less than perfection. The temporary teeth were only fitted when the clinician was completely satisfied with the appearance, shape, and fit.
That level of attention to detail spoke volumes about the standards they set for themselves.
We returned home on 19th June feeling reassured, cared for, and genuinely impressed. Having read countless reviews about overseas dental clinics before travelling, I can honestly say that Mood Dental Clinic was nothing like many of the stories you hear online. They don't need flashy advertising. As one of their coordinators said to me, "We're a dental clinic, not a hairdresser." Their work and reputation speak for themselves.
My wife and I would like to thank every member of the Mood Dental Clinic team for making what could have been a stressful experience comfortable, caring, and highly professional.
We are already looking forward to returning in October for our final teeth fitting.

I started my journey with mood 4 weeks ago after doing online research too which dentist I would use.
After calling mood they made a WhatsApp chat page which included all of their team, answering every question and worry I had.
1st of June I travelled too Antalya and met at the airport by ceren, he stayed our driver right through to leaving Antalya always on time and gave ease to nerves and anxiety.
Hotel 242 could not do anymore for you ,having on hand everything you need for after care and comfort.
After arrinving at mood on my second day all the staff from the dentist,to the lady that makes you a lovely cup of tea were so accommodating, making you part of the family from day one.
After all X-rays, photos etc I was taking too a beautiful room were all work was carried out.
Before having any needles my mouth was fully sprayed with numbing spray, making the most nervous part for me an absolute pleasure in that type of situation.
After care has been first class with all the mood team on hand to make my experience faultless.
Karim is so passionate about the patients care and experience at mood, always going the extra mile.
I can not Thankyou all enough for my journey and experience that I received and would not hesitate in recommending mood to anyone looking to take this journey.

From before leaving the uk the communication with the team was amazing was nervous about travelling but im so glad i did everything went smoothly from being collected from the airport right up until leaving. Everything was well organised didnt have to do anything my end other than just turn up. Special mention to kerim bahtoglu for explaining everything throughout the process making us feel welcome and well looked after.
We even left my partner phone in one of their transport veichles and was dropped straight back to hotel.

Was sie da alles anführen entspricht…
Was sie da alles anführen entspricht nicht der Wahrheit.
Die Provisorien habe ich nicht 8 weil die gar nicht passen.
Das im Unterkiefer wurde angefertigt bevor die geplatzte Naht wieder genäht wurde. Konnte also gar nicht passen. Und das im Oberkiefer paste auch nicht.
Wieviel Zeugen wollen sie dafür haben?
Und das ich Osteoporose haben soll ist mir neu.
Die 600 Euro, die mir berechnet wurden für ein festes Provisorium, wurden mir auch nicht erstattet.
Sie selbst haben mir geschrieben das ich nach 2 mal Antibiotikum mit Salzwasser spülen soll.
Diese Aussage sagten sie mir und einer Patienten die auch kürzlich bei ihnen war, weil ihr Provisorium auch nicht passte und von der sie 700 Euro mehr verlangten als abgesprochen war.
Die Angestellten die uns die Angebote machten sind auch nicht mehr bei ihnen in der Klinik, weil sie es nicht mehr mit ihrem Gewissen vereinbaren können was bei Mood läuft.
Urlaub machen,schon wäre es.
Ich habe seit der OP am 9.3. Übelste Schmerzen.
Die Unterlippe ist immer noch taub das ich kaum sprechen kann.
Zur Mundhygiene, ich lebe Zuckerfrei, rauche und trinke nicht. Spüle mindestens 10 mal gründlich meinen Mund mit ätherischen Ölen, Salzwasser, Klorhexodin, Kräutertee. Nehme Propolis. Habe auch das verschriebene Antibiotika genommen.
Ich war hier zum Zahnarzt weil sie erst nach Wochen der Entzündung reagierten und mich einluden in die Klinik zu kommen mittlerweile war das Implant nebenan auch betroffen so das aus diesen beiden Eiter kommt.
Und sie reden von 9 Tagen Urlaub machen mit einem Freund,

Mir liegen so viele Mails der Klinik die sich widersprechen. Sogar eine Mail des Chefs, der mitteilt, dass ich diese Mail nie einem Mitarbeiter zeigen darf, weil er wohl eingesehen hat, dass dort sehr viel Mist gebaut wurde.
Letztlich wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Reklamation erst geändert werden, wenn sie von einem anderen Zahnarzt bestätigt wurden. Wo gibt’s denn sowas?
Ich sollte als Consulant für Mood in Frankfurt arbeiten- dadurch sind so viele Reklamationen von Patienten aufgeploppt!!! Ich kann nur raten.: Finger weg. Keine Safe Hands ! wer daran zweifelt sollte auch mal nachschauen, wie die Fluktuation an Personal in dieser Firma sich geändert hat.
Eingeständnisse werden nie gemacht.
Ich kann jeden meiner 7 Besuche in 1 1/2 Jahren belegen . Die Reklamationen haben kein Ende genommen. Wer daran zweifelt soll sich bei mir melden…
Wer unbedingt nach Antalya möchte, soll sich meiner Meinung eine andere Klinik suchen… Es gibt sehr viel kompetente Kliniken, die mir dann auch geholfen haben. Bei Mood wird die Mood bei mir nicht gut. Es tut mir weh wer darauf reinfällt!

Nach sovielen Ängsten und…
Nach sovielen Ängsten und Unsicherheiten, bezogen auf eine Zahnbehandlung in der Türkei,und wir sind schon Rentner, sind auf ganzer Länge eines besseren belehrt worden,über das Beratungsbüro,wo schon viele Dinge geklärt werden konnten,sind wir dann endlich nach Antalya in die MOOD DENTAL CLINIC geflogen ,unsere Betreuerin Frau Hatice hat sich vom Anfang bis zum Ende unserer Behandlung, die ja schon im November 25 begann mit Zähne ziehen und Implantate setzen, und im April 26 ihr sehr gutes Ende fand, mehr als eine Betreuerin wurde,bei ihr merkte man das sie ihren Beruf liebt und gerne macht ihm Sinne der Klienten,
Aber der Rest der MOOD DENTAL CLINIC soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben, und ist mit einem großen Lob zu versehen, Sorgfalt,Präsession und Professionalität, wo wir uns dann fragten,wieso durften wir das zuhause nicht kennenlernen,immer nur in den falschen Eimer gegriffen, wir haben aufjedenfall nach unserer Rückkehr direkt Flyer verteilt, wir haben rede und Antwort gestanden, und das Interesse ist sehr groß, sie werden wohl jetzt auch Kontakt mit dem Beratungsbüro aufnehmen, das Interesse ist aufjedenfall riesig,

Es erfüllt uns mit großer Freude und Demut zu hören, dass wir Ihnen – trotz Ihrer anfänglichen Ängste und Unsicherheiten – eine rundum positive Erfahrung ermöglichen konnten. Dass Sie als Rentner diesen Schritt gewagt haben und nun am Ende Ihrer Behandlung im April 26 so zufrieden sind, ist für uns der schönste Lohn für unsere Arbeit.
Ein besonderer Dank geht an dieser Stelle an unsere geschätzte Kollegin Frau Hatice, die mit Herzblut, Fachkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute an Ihrer Seite stand. Wir sind sehr stolz, solche Menschen in unserem Team zu haben – sie leben den Geist der Mood Dental Clinic täglich aufs Neue.
Aber auch das gesamte Team hinter den Kulessen – vom ersten Beratungsbüro bis zu unseren Chirurgen, Assistentinnen und Abläufen – freut sich sehr über Ihr großes Lob bezüglich Sorgfalt, Präzision und Professionalität.
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie zu Hause nicht die gleiche Qualität und Zuwendung erfahren haben – aber wir sind umso glücklicher, dass Sie den Weg zu uns gefunden haben. Und dass Sie nach Ihrer Rückkehr sogar selbst Flyer verteilt haben und überall von uns berichten – das ist mehr, als wir uns jemals wünschen könnten. Vielen Dank für dieses Vertrauen! 🙌

Sehr professionell & einfühlsam
Ich hab mich sehr gut beraten und aufgehoben gefühlt. Selin ist eine ausgezeichnete Zahnärztin, die sehr genau arbeitet. Sie hat mir auch jeden Schritt genau erklärt und sich mehrmals nach meinem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Die Klinik selbst ist extrem sauber und modern.
