If I could give 0i would they have no support for when the site doesn’t send confirmation email they took my 85$ and didn’t ship my order and I’ve gotten no support

Complete scam. Placed an order, payment accepted immediately, but order status remained as "payment pending". After 2 weeks of trying to reach customer service, I was told that the payment was not received....that's it, then they just ghosted me again. Their web site may look legit, but DO NOT give money to these scammers.

Test everything! Please. Or better yet, don't order. We are consumers who have options. Good ones! Safe ones! Some product fake and others dangerous. Just avoid the product and the crap they are willing to put you through. I hope this helps somebody. I am being truthful. I wish I never consumed their K or pressies.

They did not include what was advertised in their bundle. When questioned they stated "Oh we don't include that anymore" It still clearly states on the website what is included. Clearly a dishonest company.

Scammed no customer support no contacs for them.many emails sent out no reply from anyone.total shite site.

I have ordered upwards of $10,000 from Moonhaus over the last 2 1/2 years No issues One ketamine order was pretty stepped on and was resolved after about 5 back and forth communications Entire order re shipped I find moonhaus top shelf prompt and legit I am worried though with this Cloudflair error (2+ days and counting) as I have a $1000+ order in early stage (processing/not shipped) when the site went dark If they are shut down then must assume total loss now and forever. Just going to wait n see. Other site I use is Chemagora but they don't ship K or 2C-B Only LSD analogs and synthetic tryptamines like 4-HO-'s and such. Good Canadian site though. (Bitcoin and E-Transfer)

I have ordered from moon haus about 12 times in all. I have had minor issues up until now, and generally things have been good. They are slow to reply to messages and issues.
As of Monday this week the moon haus site has been down. No other way to contact them. Time will tell if Sunday's order arrives? I will not hold my breath, but everything before now has arrived.

I've made my first order off the site, and since Monday I have been getting error code 521 trying to get back on the site to check my order, I feel I've been ripped off out of 300$ is there any number I can call or email?? I can't find anything that isn't on the site to help, I've tried every link related to the site and have been getting the same error code saying the site is down

I have used Moonhaus numerous times in the past with great success. Was happy with customer service and their products. Unfortunately I had an order for 10 pills which where shipped fast but was disappointed when I opened package. There was 6 not 10. I was splitting half with my brother so we were to receive 5 each. I am waiting on there response I bought them when there was a 40%
sale so I was shorted 4 pills or which normally cost $68. However with discount I am owned $40.80 which I am more than happy to have as store credit. If they make things right and give me the credit I will change this review 100% having been in business myself for 22 years shit happens. It’s how the business handles the complaint dictates their character and customer service.

If there was a zero rating I would. For years ive used moonhaus and they've been good. Recently I ordered some (product) and it was complete garbage.....tested to be aspirin....I complained...it took forever but they sent a proper order back to me.

Me thinking "we are good now" placed another order...which is showing "processing " since they took my money.
Their "messages are temporarily down" and provide an email to contact....which is did, and it's kicking back undeliverable.

So, they've got my $145 and ive learned a lesson

I have ordered sum things and they have been processing for a couple of days and no response and i cant get any emails from them i hope i get what i ordered

Product was shorted and their pens made us sick compared to our other orders then we got ghosted, big rip off

BMO is way better at their product quality and customer support, these guys have bad product and no customer support

The vapes were bottom of the barrel garbage and bots as customer service

They sell fake ketamine that will make you regret every decision you've made leading up to the point of consuming their product. I've used 3 sites like this one and never had any issues until trying moonhaus. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered a product that showed as 'in stock' on the site (I wouldn't have been able to order it if it didn't say it was in stock). I sent the e-transfer and it was accepted.
I received an email a couple of days later saying that what I ordered was not in stock. They offered store credit, and I instead requested a refund as I had no interest in any of their other inventory. They ghosted me. No refund, no store credit. Money is completely gone. I even reached out to customer service in the chat box on their website and received no response.
DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ANY OF YOUR MONEY. There are much better alternatives.
