Finely ground?
I bought a pack of Moon Roast Moonshot ground coffee today for my stove top coffee maker. I think it must have been the wrong grade of ground coffee for a stove top - not finely ground enough - as it produced a weak cup of coffee.

Best coffee I’ve EVER tasted!

Fresh, well-roasted coffee with great flavour balance
I really enjoyed all three coffees I ordered - Lunar, Brazil Bossa Nova and Moonshot. The roast is spot-on: nothing over-roasted or bitter, just clean, fresh flavours that really come through in milk drinks. I’m more of a latte drinker than an espresso fan, and these beans worked beautifully for that style. You can tell the coffee is freshly roasted and carefully handled. Lunar especially stood out - rich, smooth and perfectly balanced.
Highly recommend Moon Roast - great quality and freshness in every bag!

Tried a new batch and was totally different
26/03: Received a new batch from Moon Roast which was much much better and not bitter at all. Will be ordering soon another one!
12/01: Thanks fo your prompt reply. I couldn't find a way to reply to your response so adding here: Order #30881. I also received a separate 350gr Med/Light IHCafe90 from same Limpira region and bean is much lighter with fruity tones. 13/01: yes you can use my email address.08/01:Not happy with the coffee roasting. Too dark and it was labelled med-light? The flavours do not match what’s in the bag. Woody, nutty, bitter instead of Pineapple, passion fruit. I know we can all taste differently but I found this to be quite extreme. I believe, on average the roasting level to be too long/high.
