I had penis filler and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I had the filler on the Monday and by Wednesday I was in a&e with a very balloon swollen penis and had to have catheter inserted in my penis for 5 days. I was rushed for emergency surgery the next morning to remove the filler and infection at the injection site. I was in hospital and 5 days and I’m now under a nhs urologist because the urologist at Moorgate cancelled the video call because he said he was unwell they don’t care. Once they have your money you are on your own and the chances of compilations are a lot higher than what they claim. The office I had my filler was not sterilised and more like someone’s living room. PLEASE if you’re thinking about having this done seriously DON’T do it. Just use an extender/pump. RE: My complaint was rejected by moorgate even though I’ve now got life changing issues with my penis. I’m now in the process of starting legal proceedings against moorgate. If you have had issues with moorgate start a Medical neglect claim against Moorgate don’t let them fob you off.

My experience at Moorgate Andrology Centre was nothing short of perfect, from the initial phone call, right through to the completion of my surgery. The customer service was exceptional, and any worries, or concerns I had pre-surgery, were swiftly allayed. I had many questions, understandably pertaining to my imminent surgery, and these questions were professionally answered, making me feel confident to go ahead with the surgery. Initially, I had penis lengthening , along with fat transplant girth surgery. Going forward, I then had 1ml top ups of the Hyaluronic Acid fat fillers periodically. I have this done every 18-24 months, to maintain girth results. I have a great relationship with both David, and my surgeon, and would most definitely recommend Moorgate Andrology Centre for your Penis Enlargement Surgery. 10/10!!

I regret getting my filler done here. From the start, I felt my concerns were dismissed. When I first raised the issue after having their filler, I was told nothing could be done because I had foreskin. However, at my follow-up a year later, I was suddenly told something could actually be done—but only if I paid again. This left me feeling misled and disappointed, as I believe the issue should have been addressed when I first brought it up. Now unhappy and out of pocket.

Fantastic experience with Moorgate. I had been waiting a few years to finally go through with the procedure. Researching many different clinics and Moorgate was always getting positive reviews, not just on here, but on forums to. The time they have been going is also a good sign. Thank you moorgate andrology for the excellent service offered. Initially i spoke to David who went through the procedure and explained it all very well and answered any questions and concerns i had. The clinic itself was cozy, clean and comfortable and although i was nervous Dr Greta was very good, understanding and skilled in her job. The procedure itself is simple, pain free and quick. i drove home straight after without any pain or discomfort. I was told i could take pain killers if needed over the next couple of days but ive not needed to take anything. Please pass on my appreciation to Dr Greta who was fantastic. Down to earth, calming and skilled in her job, i will definitely be returning in the near future

Before using Moorgate I’d had 20 ml at a place in London which wasn’t very good bad moulding and I even had filler migration to the front top which wasn’t very good, I still wanted more so I did my research and found Moorgate. Spoke to David on the phone explained my problems he booked me in for 10ml and spot removal even tho it wasn’t there fault . Few weeks later had my appointment with Dr Greta Peciulyte and explained she didn’t want to give my top up until my lump was gone and I was happy which was definitely the right decision and I was made up with , some places would fill u up and send u on your way . So five weeks later I was back in lump gone and had my top up . Great place to come and I will be definitely coming back for more after my experience
