From start till the finish the process was so easy if I had any doubts I would query an answer soon as possible I would highly recommend already have recommended to some people that have spare rooms to associate themselves moovable because yes a very very good company to do business with.

Moovable was good company to deal with. Process was easy and I was confident who I was dealing with as we had an initial call to discuss everything. Monthly payments were simple and they checked in from time to time.

My lodger moved in today and I feel relaxed enough to be able to go out this evening. This is because I know Anne at MOOVABLE took care of all the details in relation to my security.
I know references have been obtained and financial information checked.
So although my lodger is a stranger at this stage, I am unworried.
And the big cherry on top, is getting my lump sum payment, which arrived within minutes in my bank account.

We found ourselves in a really tricky position with an unexpected Vet bill for our dog and didn’t know what to do. We didn’t have insurance or savings that we could tap into and our cockapoo needed surgery. We had a spare room which we thought we could rent but the money was not going to come in quick enough. Then we came across Moovable. We got a lump sum which paid for vet bill, they did all the work, found us a lodger within a week. Good guy even helping with the dog walking 👍. Thanks
