Not great communications - don’t reply to emails. Website states 3 days delivery by Royal Mail. In reality I’ve been waiting 10 days and the website states that the order is “being prepared”. The status also states that the delivery will be fulfilled, not by Royal Mail but by Evri who I try to avoid at all costs. I suspect this is another social media scam and will result in a credit card chargeback. Very disappointing! I would avoid.

Awful company. Don’t pay postage so ended up paying £5 to get it delivered on top of what I already paid. Sent many emails but just kept saying they are reviewing case with management. This was 2 months ago. Absolute scam

This company is rubbish! I cannot tell you if the product is any good because, despite two emails to them asking for my product, they have ignored me and not sent it.
I bought the mop and bucket on 9 July 2026. Mop Pro said they would send it to me within 48 hours. Utter nonsense! Seven days later, I had an email from the delivery company saying they were expecting to have the parcel from Mop Pro and once they had it, they would deliver it to me. It's now the 29 July 2026 and I have received sweet FA. I have emailed Mop Pro twice and been ignored both times.
This company treats its customers with indifference and contempt, and my best advice to you is to avoid them. Do not give them your custom. They do not deserve it. I am now going to open a dispute with PayPal and get my money back!
