I bought 2 Morbau toothbrushes at a very low price. I used one of them one or two times and planned to take it with me on a 5-month trip to Aisa. Today (September 13, 2026? I decided to recharge it. I removed the rubber on the bottom to insert the USB-C cable. I did this and noticed the rubber fell to the floor — this is not supposed to happen. Next, I accidentally dropped the toothbrush onto a wooden floor in the living room. When I pressed the start button, nothing happened--completely dead. I used this toothbrush at most twice. I have dropped my Oral-B and Philips toothbrushes many times, and they still worked. The same for my mobile phones. Should a toothbrush stop functioning after one drop? You get what you pay for!

Tandborsten är snygg, men kvalitén på tandborsten och kundservicen är allt annat än det.

Jag kontaktade kundtjänst för två månader sedan och informerade dem om att min tandborste blir otroligt varm när jag har försökt ladda den och att den sedan har slutat fungera. Jag har fortfarande inte fått svar. Inte heller på deras Instagram har jag fått svar. Otroligt oseriöst bolag.

Dårlig kundeservice, de fatter ingenting når man sender en mail. Det er en bot, der svarer. Man kan ikke komme i kontakt med dem.
Tandbørsten er af dårlig kvalitet og larmer ualmindeligt meget.
