The Morethan3d Crew Dragon Model
The Morethan3d Crew Dragon Model is outstanding product. I purchased the fully assembled version. It is prominently displayed in my work room. The parts are very well made and fit together well. The model was packed extremely well and arrived at my door without any problems. Customer support is also outstanding - great communications. Replies to my inquiries were always quickly and fully answered. I received emails from their customer support when each milestone was reached (start production, shipment, delivery). I will watch for new space related projects and have no reservations about buying again.

All I can say is WOW!!!
All I can say is WOW! The experience in dealing with everyone from MoreThan3D was exceptional. From the moment I submitted a request from their web page, I was greeted via email just hours later (on a weekend) to start the inquiry. From there I was able convey what I wanted and work out both payment and shipping costs. By the next day my order was accepted and I was provided an order fulfillment & shipping timeline. It was spot on and the item shipped out as communicated. Sophie Tran kept me informed throughout the timeline and even followed up with me when DHL delivered two days earlier than expected. The items were well packaged and EXACTLY as promised. I can't say enough great things about the MoreThan3D team. Truly stellar service, quality product, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
